I live in Gresham Wisconsin. I drive an hour every day to come into Green Bay for work or for my children to go see their family I needed to stop at the dollar tree one day on my way to Green Bay and I stopped at the one on university while I was driving, one of my twins had a blowout of Number two, I asked the register person for the bathroom key and she states I’m sorry we don’t have a public bathroom at this time. You’re gonna have to go all the way to festival.
Do you know how hard it is to get twins in and out and then to put them back into the car when they’re full of poop on their pants and shirt , By yourself.. If you shop there, there should be a bathroom for public people.. That is ridiculous. There are young children that go there and some older people that are older they probably cannot hold their bladder and have accident.. And you’re going to deny them the bathroom and tell them to go next-door when they’re soiled.. Horrible, horrible do better Dollar tree

This location started off nice with friendly workers, but has gone down hill. There are always long lines with only one person checking while 3 other workers are stocking shelves. Customer service is severely lacking. Witnessed a manager loudly & extremely rudely berate an employee for putting something in the wrong place. During the same visit 2 workers, one who appeared to be an assistant manager were talking to each other about how they didn't want to be there and were not going to put a lot of effort into getting boxes unpacked and on the shelf. You also have to watch prices as most items are $1.50 - $7 now.

Management is a joke. Employee yelled at me and was very rude. Why? Because I decided against buying something and even offered to put it back. His name tag said Ron. Asked for a manager and was told he was the manager? What a joke.

Good quality especially for the price. The dollar treat plus options.Definitely , add better items to the mix. Great selection of things you might have known you needed.

It’s nice going into retail stores and having a friendly nice cashier with a good work ethic like the girl I had today at your store. I drive from the other side of town just to go to the store because I enjoy it. I’ll do some of the other ones

I go here all the time. Love the cheap prices! Finally decided to leave a review because of the great interactions I’ve had with the staff. I shopped there today and the cashier was so friendly and good at her job. She even bagged the cleaning chemicals separate from the food, showing attention to detail in her work. I’ll definitely return!

Went in and couldnt find something and tc helped me out. Very helpful and professional. Seemed to be a good worker as others were just milling about. Store is a bit warm but overall clean and stocked nicely.
