I bought a Kia Niro from them at the end of June. The process was great and I was very happy to purchase a certified vehicle with 27k miles left on the warranty. However, when the check engine light came on this week, I was told by the woman who answered the phone at the service center that they are booked out too far to even look at that. I said the car is still under warranty. The girl told me it didn't matter and said I should take it elsewhere to get a diagnosis and then call back if it's serious. Had I known that they are too busy to stand behind behind the warranty I would have looked elsewhere. Very disappointing.

I called with an emergency problem with my '16 Ford Fusion on a Saturday morning. I was able to get my car in that day and by the following Friday my car was ready to be picked up and is 100% back to it's normal operating condition. Rob was super friendly and accommodating as well as calling with updates throughout the service process! (WOW, that never happens) Be prepared to use debit if you can though, as with other dealerships I've been to they charge you a 3% fee if you want to use a credit card. It added an extra $40+ to my bill to use my credit card. Something I hope their corporate managers are able to change with their creditors. Definitely not holding it against them though.

Purchased a 2016 Dodge Grand Caravan in June of 2022. The purchase experience was great. Our salesman told us how the vehicle was in great condition and showed all the work that was put into it. Now here we are 10 months later and the transmission has blown and needs to be replaced. Maybe the vehicle wasn’t as inspected as they said it was. I’ve been driving for over 25 years and have never blown a transmission. Well lesson learned I won’t be going back to Dorsch and will tell everyone I know not to to go there. You should stand behind your vehicles

They helped us above and beyond. Tom and Rachel were very kind and so helpful. They understood our situation and went beyond helping us. They wanted to get us in the vehicle we wanted, not just make a sale. We hope they get more inventory in so we can work with them.Oh yeah, and they don't call us everyday!

These guys had my vehicle for 4 weeks. They put in a rebuilt transmission, breaks, tires, flushed fluids, and break lines. It took them 4 weeks to do all this. Then, the next day, I took it back because it stalled out on the wife at a red light. Of course, they couldn't find out what was wrong. Now I have a coolant level low on it. I called them and left a message this morning and let the mechanic know that I had no heat when I started the car. However, it would throw me out when it moved down the road. That was at 9a.m it's now 11:39 pm. Still no call back.I'm not happy with their service at this point.

Had great service from everyone except my car salesman Tom. I knew more about the car than he did. Was telling me false information about what the dealership has to offer and the finance people had to tell me differently. Month goes by and he calls saying there is a recall so I call to schedule and was told by the service side that I wasn't able to schedule it yet as they do not have the information, now Tom is still telling me to schedule weeks later when the service center is saying there is nothing. Lots of different things being said. Was great besides that.

Very poor experience in every aspect with this place. Very unorganized. I was told a car we wanted to look at wasn’t available until a certain day. Made an appointment to see that car specifically. Showed up that day and nobody knew of any appointment and guess what? The car we told wasn’t available until today was sold the day before.

By far the best dealership I've ever work with, Jason was great (even detailed the car himself) walked in at 4pm and left with the new car at 630pm. we will definitely be back
