They have handicap parking but I struggle with my walker opening the door without assistance.

Sheila has been cutting my curly 3A hair for about a year now using the Ouidad technique, and my hair has never looked better! It’s so much easier to manage. She has so much knowledge, it’s amazing. I had to come around on some of the recommendations, but honestly, she/Ouidad have been right on for all of them, haha! I’m a lifer at Elements, for sure.

I’ve been going to Elements Salon and Spa for years and have loved every experience! Everyone is so personable and makes you feel welcome. I had a great experience with hope last time I went! No matter who I see, they do a great job, and the prices are very fair. I always leave feeling great!

Looking for a new stylist and when I called last month for an appointment I specifically asked for someone who knows how to cut curly hair. I was assured all their stylists do. My appointment was with Hope and I am still disappointed in the outcome. I asked if she would dry cut and no, she doesn't. Oh, okay. I had told her I wanted to add a long layer to get rid of the tree like look I had. She had taken sections, held them loosely, shook them a bit and made small snips throughout. I commented that my hair doesn't need to be textured and she said no, she's adding layers. What she added was frizz to my hair. The back of my hair is basically one length. Hope needs more training when cutting curly hair!
UPDATE......
After this posting I have spoken with Angela, the owner, and she said she would like me to make an appointment with her after the holidays. She also asked me to remove this post at that time. Today, Susan left me a message to call back and schedule a follow up appointment with Angela to correct my haircut that Hope had given me. I returned the call and told Susan that prior to New Year's I had cut my own hair. I could come in and Angela could even out my layers, etc. However, at this time, it wasn't really necessary. I appreciate the follow through.

I’ve been going here since January and LOVE my hair each and every time I leave. The color and highlights are perfect and the cut is always top notch. I also have gotten a pedicure here, which is superb. Ava has done all my services…she’s so sweet and truly amazing!

I was looking to change up my color after many years of being blonde. Brianna did an amazing job! She listened to what I wanted and then knocked it out of the park! It turned out better than I could have imagined!!! I will definitely be back!!!!

My daughter went here 8/10/24 for her hair to be cut, dyed , and nails to be painted. We were quoted $280-$325. Not sure how it came out to $585 in the end?! The nails are definitely not worth the $65 we got charged. It feels like because I wasn’t able to sit with her the whole time due to having to visit her brother in the hospital they took advantage of the situation. Very disappointed . I would recommend everyone to go elsewhere
