I have been coming here for years, I am extremely disappointed in the service I received this time around. The person doing my pedicure was EXTREMELY RUDE!! He didn’t get the right color, he was corrected 3 times and continued to not listen to me and be disrespectful. He didn’t say a word to me and kept hitting my legs instead of using his words. After I told him it was the wrong color once again and said “oh well”. I will be finding a new place. Do not go here if you want rude service

I had a very disappointing experience. The manicure and pedicure took almost 2 hours and 30 minutes, which was far longer than expected. On top of that, the manicure turned out poorly, especially considering I paid over $100 for both services. I expected better quality and efficiency for the price.

Although Elle nail is so clean and cute, I had such a poor experience. I got my nails done for my engagement pictures and although they were pretty… i don’t remember the man’s name.. it took 2.5 hours for a basic pedicure and full set manicure… I’ve never been at a salon that long and I was almost late for another appointment. In addition, 4 nails fell off in under 12 hours and I did not do anything but vacuum and fold clothes.
I was sure to be careful with them so they’d be good for our pictures. I then went back the next day and they made me go back to the same guy to have them fixed even after I asked if I could have a new person and the nails proceeded to fall off the next day again… within 3 days they all had fallen off and I went somewhere else to get my nails done and had no issues and they stayed for weeks! I know there are some people at Elle nail that had many clients and that looked like they were very good but the man I was with sadly was not… he didn’t greet or speak to me at all and didn’t seem to care. Sadly they have lost my business and I will be finding somewhere else…

I went in to get my nails done on a Friday morning, and they were done by a little gentleman way in the back. He did not listen to anything that I wanted done my nails chipped after two days.
I called on Monday to let them know I wasn't happy and was told to come in the next day and kim, the owner would make them right.
I went in the next day and met with Kim. She redid my nails to make them right However, 2 days later, chipping again, the acrylic isn't even and my nails look terrible. I won't be going back.

Horrible experience. I have been getting my nails done for 15+ years and have never had so much pain with a service before today. I had a fill and the nail technician must have drilled too deep on 2 of my fingers and I had to pull my hand away multiple times. Will never go there again. Hopefully it doesn't end up infected after this!

The nail tech was rude, kept getting up half way through a step and DID NOT glue the nail tip down on my thumb nail but put the acrylic over it and argued with me when I asked her to fix it. My nails are crooked and acrylic is stuck to my fingers.

The worst. I’ve gone two times now for pedis. The first time it was awful service but figured it was a one off. So a year later I went and let me tell you… the guy that works there is probably the worst at pedis. He took the scrubber brush to my legs (which hurt) told him to stop and he continued. Then when I got my polish it was rushed and looked terrible at the end. The whole experience was probably 10 min and barely got what I wanted. Unfortunately after 2 terrible times I won’t be going back.

Candy was awful!! Would not recommend, waited forever, when I finally got in I wasn’t able to sit next to the person I came with. Candy sanded my cuticles off until they were bleeding, the chemicals she used burned. She was in a rush and did a sloppy job painting on my nails. Was definitely disappointed :/

if you’re looking for a good pedicure, this place is not the one to go to! Very disappointed. Wanted to pamper myself after having a couple of bad weeks and was very disappointed when I left. They rushed to get done really quick. The one person that my mom had did a very good job. She went back first and we waited a half an hour until she was done. That’s how quick mine was. Don’t waste your money! My nail polish also looked terrible. I had to have the person that did my mom‘s pedicure fix it before I left.
Edit: I called and spoke with the owner and she wouldn’t even let me speak and she thought she knew who we were so she was arguing with me about that’s why “she only charged us for one color.” Which doesn’t make sense, we paid full price for all 3 pedicures! AWFUL OWNERSHIP, AWFUL SERVICE (except Josè ?)
