Awful, Awful customer service!! Green Bay Express used to have wonderful employees.They are now terrible! I have never been treated so poorly at a store.. they would not take back defective pants because they did not have tags on them! Their attitude was god Awful.. I sure hope Express revamps their store in Green Bay, that was always my go to store. But I have to say as of now they have lost me as a customer. Sad..

Nov 1st 2023 6:20 pm. Store manager is super rude to new employee. tried to return my items and new employee could not find it by phone number then she came over helped me with sour face asked my email. Then she yell again from the back of the store to her if phone number doesn’t work, use email.

This store is unfortunately such a disappointment! It used to be great!I went in tonight, not one person greeted me , no one says hi, one even walked passed me. Not one word! As I’m looking in the back, another girl comes out to tell me they’re closing in 10 minutes. Not a “hello” or “how’s your night” or “how can I help you..”…. Just “we’re closing”Seriously?? Get back to bring a nice store please!!

Melissa and Amaiah were super helpful when it came to suggesting what colors would make a good wedding outfit. Incredibly friendly and professional, highly recommended this location.

This place is so terrible now. I went in on New Year’s Eve looking for a New Year’s Eve outfit and no one asked if I needed help. One of the employees was on her phone talking to someone the whole time I was there and the other employee was behind the counter yelling that we had 6 minutes to buy something. Not to mention how messy and difficult it was to get around the store since there were racks everywhere. Didn’t purchase anything since it was Worst experience ever.

I'm far to old and fat to shop here and it makes me sad enough for a trip to pizza ranch where I can cover fried chicken and pizza with ranch dressing the cycle continues.

Wish I could give this zero stars. Terrible experience. The cashier was the most unfriendly person I ever met. The manager then was even worse after having to talk with her about a return that I have been trying to do for 2 months. With there store never open, even though the hours say so online, it is almost impossible to make any return on time if they aren't ever there to except it. Would never recommend going into this store if you want your day ruined.

I called ahead for a pick up order I placed. They told me they couldn't fulfil it because their system wasn't working but that they would match price if I came it. So I went in and the price was over twice as much as I paid on line. And they said they couldn't fulfil the online order even though it was a pickup for their store. I will not be returning here ever.

I’ve been shopping at this particular store for years. I recently moved out of town (1.5 hours away) and still come back to shop at this store. I was shopping with my husband today, to find clothes for an upcoming wedding. I’ve had prior experience that were not the best but today really crossed the line. My husband, who has never bought dress shirts from express, grabbed 3 different sized shirts to try on. For $60 a shirt, we wanted to make sure the shirt actually fit, as it’s a 3 hour trip to return it. Upon asking for a fitting room, the lady who helped us was beyond rude. She didn’t want my husband to try on more than one shirt, assuming she didn’t want to have to refold them. She was rude enough that he felt horribly uncomfortable and didn’t want to try on anything else. How can you pick a piece of clothing, without trying it on? We get that it’s not ideal to have to refold, but we weren’t doing it just for fun. After leaving the fitting room, this same lady stood 5 feet away from us and was continuously staring at us. Needless to say, we ended up putting everything back and leaving the store. We won’t be coming back to this location. This employee single handedly ruined our day and our frequent place to shop.

I shop at Express often, in-store and online. Only twice have I had to make returns. Both times the cashiers were rude. Today it was a blonde woman. She barely said two words to me but gave me a dirty look and attitude. I can tell you I will no longer shop there for my business attire. I will be taking my service somewhere else. People like her shouldn't be in customer service when she does a poor job representing the brand.
