Festival Foods is a full-service grocery store focused on an exceptional experience for its guests. Some reviews note frustration with produce that is often not fresh, appearing under-ripe or overripe. A specific promotion for a holiday sale was criticized for not having enough stock to last the advertised period. However, the bakery receives high praise for expertly fulfilling special cake requests. The store's essential brand items are sometimes criticized as bland, gross, overpriced, and having issues with bugs. Many customers appreciate the friendly and helpful staff who are always willing to assist in finding items.
Prices keep goin up and up but I have had good experience with the baggers/cashiers etc...

The bakers did an amazing job with our chocolate factory cake request. We shared with them that my son loves the new wanka movie and they did not disappoint. I'd highly recommend working with them.

Great accessibility for the most part. Can't reach higher shelves without standing. Prices are a bit much.
