Don’t get me wrong this place bas some good shoes and good deals but it is very annoying at times. Just recently I went back to school shopping and they had Nike Blazers on sale for $85 instead of the original $105 so I wanted to get those. They were sold out in store and so we ordered them online and they came in 4 days later the only thing is THEY CAME WITH 2 RIGHT FEET SHOES. I don’t know about you but I have a right and a left foot not 2 right feet🤷🏼♀️

My order was never received by USPS. Customer service is horrible. No response to my email. I waited 2.5 hours on the phone to speak with someone & i hung up out of frustration. Tried to start a live chat multiple times but never could start a chat. I don’t think i am ever going to get my shoes. Edited: i am not calling customer service again. I spent another Hour & 20 minutes waiting to speak to someone after writing this review.

Won a sneaker raffle and was told they didn’t have my name on the list of winner’s despite my confirmation email. “Manager” just looked at the email and said “i don’t know what to tell you, we don’t have your name” Told him I used 2000 status points to reserve a pair and he said he knew that and basically I was out my status points and the sneaker. I asked him to contact corporate so that I could get my status points back, he never did. Pretty sure they’re doing back door deals on sneakers or something. Never had an issue picking up a reserved pair of sneakers at Footlocker.
