New online banking system is awful! Definitely wasn’t an upgrade was a downgrade! Hate it! Credit card transactions don’t show when I make a payment so can’t keep track of anything. You put in comments and they don’t show up anywhere. Thinking about switching credit unions because of this. I use the online banking all the time but this new one really sucks!

Their handling of the technology upgrade has been completely botched. I wish I had preemptively taken my business to another bank. Very disappointed with their customer service.

Use to be a great bank. Customer service at the Howard branch is declining. I've had so many issues with my account over the last year its unacceptable. 20 years at this bank almost and I think it's time to switch.

My husband & I relocated to another state. Brandon at the Appleton Branch was amazing helping us to get everything straight with complications across the miles and got the accounts all closed for us! Being customers of FCCU for 30+ years I highly recommend! Thank-you again Brandon! Your customer service skills are amazing! Much appreciated! May have the name incorrect could be Brendan....

Joined over 3 weeks ago now. Started the process of switching from my other bank to here well before my bills were due so I could have time to switch everything over. Was told that I would receive my checks and debit card within 5-7 business days . 2 weeks go by and still no debit card / checks, and bills are due. I then had to transfer all of my money from my direct deposit out of my new account with fox and put it into my old account (lucky I didn't cancel it right away) .

My husband and I have been banking here for over 10 years we have never had a problem until the last couple months. Checks are put on hold for ungodly amount of time when we get the proof that is needed to show that it has cleared we get told this not good enough even though it's what was asked for. We are constantly talking to different people never the same person and getting a hundred different stories as to why we can't get our money or what is needed even though it doesn
