Horrible customer service. We received damaged product and didn't realize right away. customer service said its wasn't a normal 90 days it was only 48 hours to inspect but then contradicted herself and said we needed to open right away and refuse delivery if it was damaged. Delivery drivers did not relay that we needed to inspect the product before they left. they just left. So when i called for help we were placed on hold. they promised to call back and never did. we had to call back to try and get some answers. they said it's not their problem and there was nothing that could be done. We spent over $5000 on new appliances and we will NEVER again. we are cutting up our store credit card and wont be back.

I seriously don't think there's a single person that works here that's nice. Even one of the store manager's for this location was a complete a******* I will never go back. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

Just returned from home depos, . Cslled west side store to rent a truck but their's was out for the week. I inquired about trucks on the east side of town and I was told they had one available. I called the east side to confirm availability of truck and service person tells me he'd have to check because it was out for service to fix flat tire previously. He goes and checks and tells me it is available and good to go! I told him I'd be there by 9:30 am, allowing for my 20 minute drive. I left immediately and arrived about 9:25 am. Entered tool rental doors, LOOKED for someone to help me, found a clerk at the register who told me I had to do paperwork at customer service, THE OPPOSITE end of the store. Proceeded to go to customer service only to learn that they couldn't find said truck in system! After a number of calls and an inperson stop by, I was told that they didn't have a truck to rent. I explained that I had called 20 minutes earlier and was told said truck was FIXED and waiting for me. I should have told them it was sitting in the parking lot because I had passed it entering the store. They insisted they did not have one available and that it was first come, first serve. Sooo, this cost me 20 minutes on the phone, 30+ minutes waiting for service people to figure out what the status of the truck was, and 40 minutes of travel time....not to mention the wages for the workers waiting to load up the truck. A very costly way to start my day. Buyer, BEWARE!!!

Customer service at home depot has went extremely downhill. I will no support this business. I would recommend saving yourself the headache and going elsewhere. Their online customer service is even worse than the store if possible.

a family member fell on ice immediately outside your door on the main walkway. no one would help, a manager never even came after one was requested. no one would even help carry the purchase to the car after the fall. total negligence. you disgust me!

They lied about the return policy, overcharged me for delivery (I paid for room delivery and they left it in the garage), and getting an install appointment has been miserable.

Not a huge home depot shopper, but stopped by because they had some really good deals on grills. We were helped by Tom who was very kind and knowledgeable, and he isn't even usually in this department. He definitely gave 5 star customer service!

This store is truly the best! All the of the employees are always so courteous and helpful, and it’s just a nice atmosphere to be in to escape the chaos going on in other stores. Thank you!

You gotta beg to get help at this big box. I even asked a question from upper level management and got lip service. Use a non-chain store and get better product and better service. Don't even ask about their delivery charges. Insanely high.

I was very disappointed that this Home Depot does not require customers to wear masks. During a visit today, two young men were not masked. The staff was not helpful in dealing with the problem and one of them told me she was not comfortable confronting a customer. I'll take my business elsewhere!!

I've been a contractor with Home Depot for many years. I've always found them to be the most professional people to deal with. Well trained in the products they offer and they follow through. I have contracting accounts at there competition also. But the others do not compare to the knowledge and professionalism I have always received at Home Depot. It's because they hire people from the trades.

No social distancing now that the mask mandate has gone into effect. Aggressive customers everywhere. Employees were kind, helpful, patient and courteous... your customers suck!
