I like working with them, but I went out of my way to get there to pick up and order before 5pm and they had already locked their doors; I arrived at 4:56pm. Now I have to make another trip out of my way tomorrow to get my order.

I worked with the designers at Global Recognition for a recent promotional item and they were great! This was for a fundraiser and they did what they could to make it affordable. They were very quick to respond to emails and kept me posted on the order from start to finish. I felt like my order was important to them and they made sure I got what I needed on time. Super happy with my experience!

I want to personally thank Lisa and Sherry for coming to my rescue when an internet order for toasting glasses was not going to make it in time for my daughter's wedding the following day. They both went above and beyond to assure me that the glasses would be ready and etched with my daughter's new name on them at 10:00 a.m. my daughter and her husband drañk wine all from those glasses throughout the night and for the last toast of the evening for Mr and Mrs. I can't thank you enough for making my daughter's wedding memorable and perfect with those new glasses.
