Wow. I feel lucky that it was open when we went there. But maybe wished it was closed. Usually when at a vitamin store if a customer is looking at a product for an extended amount of time the employee would ask if they had any questions and offer suggestions. Especially when we're the only ones in the store. NOPE. We had to ask and when we did the employee gave the most vague response. No help at all. Didn't know what he was selling. Couldn't describe what two of the supplements do. Awful and embarrassing. I'd get more help online. Won't be back!(one star because I had to pick something)

Terrible location. They are NEVER open according to their business hours. They work when they feel like it. Go to any other location but this one.

Sign on door says "be back at 4pm". 4:20... door still locked.

They are never open. I went today around 10 and there was a sign on the door that said open from 1pm-4pm. Maybe start paying better then minimum wage so you can actually hire employees.

I've tried to go there 3 times in the last week, even during the updated hours in a hand written note on the door (with dates) and no one there all 3 times. Lights on, nobody home.

This is the second time I go there and they are closed during business hours. The first time they had a written note stating that they ran to the bank with no eta on when they will be back. The second time it was at 3pm and the lights were off and door locked even though the hours on the doors said they should be open. Very frustrating just to do a return!

Four times since Nov first, the store was closed, during regular hours. Online said it was open, but it was not.
