The drop-off and pick-up point is in the middle of almost nowhere, despite being called a station on ticket information, which misleadingly suggests a building. There is no shelter, no one to talk to for help, and a lack of security, making it unsafe to wait. This confusion is common, as almost every vehicle that pulls up seems confused looking for the transit station. Additionally, routes change often, which can be frustrating, and the buses are not that comfortable with spotty internet. While the main station is very nice, even there, details like unpriced items in vending machines can be an issue.
