I go to Harbor Freight when I don't want to pay high prices for tools that I need at the time, but probably won't use very often. They have some decent stuff for competitive prices. I shop here quite often.

I always check here if I need or want anything before I shop around. It was the end of the day on Sunday at 5:40 pm I was there before they were closing at 6pm. I found a tool box set up (top and bottom 56") on clearance. I wanted to buy it but as you know it didn't fit in a car. I asked if I could pay for it in full, and pick it up Monday? The two employees one was supposed to be a manager he said, said NO. Come back tomorrow because we don't have room . I asked if I needed a hold or something? He said first come first serve and I think that was a poor business practice when it was already in the store.
