I wanted to buy an item that was clearenced. The only one in stock was the floor demo. After inquiring I was told they can't sell the store floor demo. Joe, the manager checked inventory at other stores only to find the same thing. He took my name and number and said he will contact me when he can sell it. I believe he will. Joe was very professional, polite, and friendly! Easily a 5 star guy! We shall see....

The two female cashiers they have working here have attitude problems. Nothing but snippy and rude to customers. By the look of other reviews, this is common here.

I drive to the West Side location. Much better service and staff.
As I have been completely ignored by the cashier so they could help Spanish speaking people standing in the store (non-custmers). Then charged me for the items the person before me walked out with.

Stuck in here for 15 minutes longer because they couldn't figure out how to check out a safe for the guy in front of me. To top it off they closed the other register when I walked up. They were rude and Jerry threatened to shoot me when I walked out because I pointed out the customer buying the safe is right on this one. I love Harbor Freight but this one is garbage

Worst checkout experience ever at a harbor freight. Waited more than 10 minutes while the two cashiers alternated between snark and aggressive comments to the customers in line. First and last time here.

They have what you need in a pinch if you tools They have them i go to harbor freight at least once a week and my brother and family and friends also go there
