HME Home Medical provides excellent and wonderful customer service. The experience is great, pleasant, and very positive, with everyone being amazing, attentive, and kind. Staff are welcoming, friendly, and always smiling, offering sensitive help with no pressure to buy. They ask the right questions, are good about communicating, and offer continued support for ongoing needs. Service is efficient, with items often ready the same day and repairs completed quickly. Customers feel taken care of and know their needs will be met with top notch service in the future.

I had to make an emergency trip to Green Bay from out of state, and in my haste I forgot to pack my CPAP mask. The staff were not able to sell me a mask due to contractual limitations but they had something in the donation room that worked with my machine. No charge! Super helpful!!
