Before shopping here might I suggest calling first ? You'll have an idea of what kind of employees you will be dealing with . Personally, I need someone who is able to communicate with me. And I need someone with at least an ounce of intelligence . I didn't find that when I called . If that's how they are on the phone what are they like in person ?

I seriously don't think there's a single person that works here that's nice. Even one of the store manager's for this location was a complete asshole. I will never go back. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

Very poor service, lack of product, knowledgeable employees, ability to serve customers in an acceptable timely manner. They say they can't keep workers. Pretty sad!

a family member fell on ice immediately outside your door on the main walkway. no one would help, a manager never even came after one was requested. no one would even help carry the purchase to the car after the fall. total negligence. you disgust me!

They lied about the return policy, overcharged me for delivery (I paid for room delivery and they left it in the garage), and getting an install appointment has been miserable.

Not a huge home depot shopper, but stopped by because they had some really good deals on grills. We were helped by Tom who was very kind and knowledgeable, and he isn't even usually in this department. He definitely gave 5 star customer service!

This store is truly the best! All the of the employees are always so courteous and helpful, and it’s just a nice atmosphere to be in to escape the chaos going on in other stores. Thank you!

You gotta beg to get help at this big box. I even asked a question from upper level management and got lip service. Use a non-chain store and get better product and better service. Don't even ask about their delivery charges. Insanely high.

I've been a contractor with Home Depot for many years. I've always found them to be the most professional people to deal with. Well trained in the products they offer and they follow through. I have contracting accounts at there competition also. But the others do not compare to the knowledge and professionalism I have always received at Home Depot. It's because they hire people from the trades.

Went to look for a smaller dryer for my mom. Asked an associate for assistance since what we needed was a little odd sized. She told us they didn't have the size we needed and we would have to look online ourselves and started to walk away. I asked her to help us look since that's the whole reason we drove here. No masks. Not enough employees to do the job. Over 25 people waiting in line at the garden center. Asked numerous employees if they could get someone to help. They said NO and we were lucky they had the personnel they did. Not impressed.

The Taylor St Home Depot actually charged me a restocking fee for a return on goods and services that they couldn't safely provide during the worst pandemic in a hundred years. Thousands of people are dying every single day, Brown County has the second highest percentage of new cases in the country, and dealing with the manager was like fighting the Taliban.

Seriously tried ordering something online and they had a credit card to open and get a discount. Ok. So I open it, get approved and I can’t use it. Call customer service. Talk to three people in over an hour not one could help me. This company is a joke!!! Unless I get a call or some kind of response I will cancel the card and go else where.
