Although the girl doing my manicure was really nice, the quality of product and application wasn't there. My gel manicure was bubbled and was chipping within 2 days.

Although my stylist Sharon sounded very knowledgeable, the service fell flat from beginning to end. Was booked for a haircut and partial highlight. Was given a full highlight without being told of price increase etc. Took 3.5 hours to lighten already light curly hair and a cut that doesn't look good. The washing was super rough, lots of water in my ears. The stylist diffused my curls for all of 5 minutes because she had another client waiting. I left with half wet half crunchy hair and wasn't able to see the final result which ended up being not light enough and no layers for my curly hair which looks ridiculous. Final bill... $320. Tried to get a partial refund and was not successful as well as my concerns were not validated. Was told I could come in and have them fix it but I do not want to step back into that salon. I do not recommend going to this salon if you can help it.Services: Haircut

Wasn't bad, wasn't great. I left with a patch of skin missing from over exfoliation during my pedicure. I would say the pedicure isn't worth the price.

UPDATED TO RESPOND TO OWNERS REPLY -I called your business LESS THAN 2 HOURS before I made a special trip to purchase product. At the very least your employee could have said they were closing early due to staffing. I would have completely understood that and would not have made a trip. Instead your employees closed early and never even put a sign on your doors. That's why I will not be supporting your business again - your employees can't be honest when a customer calls asking a question. And yes, I called to ask what time your business was open until and specifically said I was only looking to purchase product. At that point your employee could have said they had to close early and to come visit when you re-opened. I would have been fine with that, instead I got bad customer service. My review is to warn people that when you call and ask questions the answers given by employees might not be accurate. My time was wasted but I will not be making that mistake again.I have bought products from this salon before and never had any problems. I called today to confirm their hours so I could make a special trip just for more products. I was told by an employee they would be open until 6pm. I arrived at 4:30 to the salon already closed. So I will never buy products from here again, I will only order through the Aveda website. If, as a business, you are going to not only list your hours on your website but also tell me the same over the phone it would great if you actually kept to those hours.... Buyer beware, you only plan to purchase products from this salon your better off ordering online!

0/5 stars if google would have let me. This salon is completely incompetent, uncaring, unable to follow directions… and to be honest, slightly racist (in the way that they claim to be a salon for all but I and MANY other black women have had only negative experiences at this salon). If you have a different hair type DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. I had an appointment with Jenna. They claim to have stylists who are experienced with black hair; however, the stylist I trusted with a simple haircut and trim and in less than 2 minutes destroyed my entire haircut. Mind you, I was going to pay at least triple more than what I would pay at Cost Cutters and she couldn’t even do as well as them. I made it clear that I only wanted a trim in the bangs and she chopped nearly 3 1/2 inches off of them. I may not be a stylist, but when is that ever a trim? It then took her ten minutes to admit she messed up but only said “I can’t glue hair back on” incredibly rude and uncaring. I made it clear that my hair is naturally curly and that although this haircut was done while it was straight, my bangs should only be trimmed because if they are chopped they will be too short when wearing my hair natural. I immediately had her stop and left. The salon didn’t make me pay, which of course they shouldn’t. I didn’t allow her finish the cut because she couldn’t follow directions and there was no saving this hideous haircut. I mean completely hideous lopsided short disgusting looking bangs. I reached immediately to the manager after leaving. It took them two days to come up with a solution they liked; however, I made it clear to them that I had an important event that evening and needed to do something about this ugly haircut that same day. Like any women who is now unable to leave their house because of an ugly haircut, I created a quick solution and had a friend of mine do a sew in that same day. I made this clear to the salon only an hour or two after the appointment. I have the texts between the salon manager and I to prove it. I actually made this comment multiple times. Even when they suggested I go to a different stylist and she would try to “save” the haircut and do a smoothing treatment on my short bangs so they don’t stick out from my face like they did after THEIR stylist cut them. This would have been fine if they would have suggested I’d come back the same and before my important evening, but it is not ME who has to be on their schedule. I had to pay someone to cover up THEIR mistakes and now they can’t wait the three weeks from my appointment to try and save the hideous chop job their stylist did at the same deal they offered before. Mind you, I can’t even do the smoothing treatment on my bangs because of health issues and it being harmful. I’m not asking for a huge amount of crazy free stuff. All I’m asking they own up to their mistakes and allow for the three weeks because they couldn’t come up with a better solution quickly. Or, how about hiring stylists who aren’t claiming they have educational and work experience with black hair. Make it known if you cannot work with black women hair. It’s not bad to say you don’t have the experience or the skills. In fact, we would appreciate it. Applaud you. Probably even tip you. Then give us a name of someone who CAN handle it. I don’t know, doesn’t seem that hard to me to hire good stylists. Nor, that hard to me to be a business that is actually ran well and actually cares about their customers. I just learned from a friend of mine that they don’t even do keratin treatments very good and they charge hundred of dollars for that. Please, if you are a black women don’t trust their hype and more expensive prices. Go somewhere else!!!Service: Haircut

I had a relaxing facial with Sharon today. She is a professional and excellent aesthetician. She listened to my skin goals and even made some suggestions. It was a lovely experience and I left with my skin glowing and feeling great. I'm excited to see her again in 8 weeks.
