I would give you zero stars if I could. I am not happy! I got my taxes done and then my husband had to go there another time to sign it (I docusigned), only to be called 2 weeks later by Wesley (who should be fired BTW) and told we had to come in again to sign it! I’m angry actually! I was NOT offered a discount or anything! So now I have to wait another 21 days for my very much needed tax return! I won’t be returning next year! I expected better!!!!!!

Jackson Hewitt was very informative and precise about my taxes! I have gone to H&R Block since I lost my husband but they never explained my returns like Jackson Hewitt!

Got a way bigger return than anticipated. Our tax guy was great, but was constantly being interupted by other inept preparers either across the aisle or on the phone. This made our appointment last 2 hrs one day and an 1 1/2 the following appointment. The price for our return was costly.

My experience today with Michelle Peterman today was the best, she’s very friendly I recommend her anytime . I will return every year when she’s there, also Wes the other representative he’s also great. I will work with him anytime he also the smartest guy I know.. love working them… highly recommend..
