I needed a belt for my gravely zero turn they gave me the incorrect belt twice the third time I asked if they could just measure the old belt and they said it would take too long. This is the second time they couldn’t get the correct parts for my gravely. Poor customer service

A bunch of crooks. Spent weeks ordering a new key fob and they never bothered to let me know the price range until I was at the register. Then they charged me extra for a battery replacement I didn't need. Customer service was pretty mixed, I could tell they weren't taking me seriously.

Had riding mower picked up, installed camshaft, and delivered to home. Mower made metallic noise, revved, and spit and sputtered. Had picked up again to reassess and was told nothing was wrong. I went to see it running,it did seem fine. I was told that it was running for ten minutes. Paid for delivery again. Engine was cold, spit and sputtered again,was unable to adjust throttle. Called about troubles and told that I would have to pay for pickup and delivery again and time to look at the mower. Very upsetting situation, quite displeased!!!
