We used the outdoor storage for our trailer. We felt secure because of all the signage and what appears to be fencing all around. The yard is not completely fenced and the cameras are not working. We were broke into during our first month of storage. They told us they are discontinuing their outdoor storage, so we have found another place. We were disappointed with what appears to be perfect for outdoor space.

Easy & smooth rental process! I was able to secure a unit and move in the same day. Units are super clean, only wish the electricity was on so we could have lights. Erin at LokSafe was friendly & helpful with all our questions.

I had a fantastic experience with Loc-Safe Storage! The units are clean, secure, and well-maintained, giving me peace of mind that my belongings are safe. The staff was incredibly helpful, specially Erin, answering all my questions and making the rental process seamless. Access to my unit was easy, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for anyone in need of reliable storage!

My father was renting a unit and unexpectedly past away. This company was amazing!!! They took care of this for me and the maintenance man helped my 85 year old grandma get into the unit. I highly highly recommend this company. So much integrity and grace during this hard time! Thank you guys!!!!

Two price increases in the last year raising my 12x24 ft unit to 185 a month. If you go on the website you can rent the same unit for $80 a month. This price is locked in for 3 months but you can pay for up to a year on the spot totaling $80 a month * 12 months. In order to not pay 185 a month for the unit I had to transfer my belongings from one unit to the other unit. It is nice they leave you a loophole however it just seems like unnecessary steps to lock in an $80 a month payment. Overall the employees are nice and is helpful as they can be considering what management will let them do. They do provide you with a light in your unit however they do not have power going to them nor will they turn it on. Employee rating five star. Unit rating 3 star. Owner/management rating one star.

Lok-Safe had been wonderful to work with, Erin was able to get us into an extra unit and explain directions quickly and effectively. We have used them in the past and will not hesitate to use them in the future if needed.
