I came in and was immediately greeted and guided to the section I was there for. The staffed helped coordinate some of the outfits and even went and got different sizes while I was in the dressing room. Overall I was very impressed with the staff and pleased with my experience. Great job ladies!

I had an unfortunate experience with Michelle during a return at this location. I asked if she could look up my receipt through my account, and she seemed annoyed by the request. At first, she told me I’d receive store credit for the lowest price, which I accepted. But after she found the purchase on my account, she realized I had paid about $0.60 less, so gave me that price-which made me feel like the store only uses account lookups when it benefits them, not the customer.
She also acted frustrated that the returns had to be processed separately, blamed the computer system, another associate asked to help the next customer and she answered aggressively-making me feel like I was holding up the line or doing something wrong.
I normally enjoy shopping at Maurices and haven’t had many bad experiences, but unfortunately, returns seem to be where things go downhill. It’s part of the job in any retail store, and customers deserve to be treated with respect during every part of the shopping experience—including returns. I’ll be avoiding this location.

I specifically went into the store for a specific dress two weeks ago. It was not in the store. I had to have it ordered online. The girl who took my order is a complete incompetent. I provided my address five times was shipped to an address unknown to me I don’t even know where the place is that she shipped it to now they are telling me that is no longer available two weeks later. I’ve had this call the store multiple times spoke to multiple people Lauren, the manager, especially that said that they were looking for the dress for me in fact which I was told that they are going to refund me which is unacceptable. This was not my error. It is on them. I should be given credit for the dress as well as the dress as well as interest I would have crude in my checking account for two weeks. By all chances don’t shop at the store they have incompetent employees

I had to walk away from the neighboring store because they were so rude to me and Maurices had great customer service and I purposely bought a few things just because they were so much nicer than the other store that I'll never go inside again.

UN HELPFUL - was told I could not return unless I had a receipt. I told the CSR, the purchase was on my Maurices Credit Card. She stated lowest price returned. I took my items to another Maurices and had no issues - return was put back on my credit card as asked.

I came in for the jeans trade in and wanted to get a new pair of my favorite but Vigoss is limited, the staff was SO beyond helpful and ordered me a pair similar, I got them in the mail today and I’m in love! They are exactly what I wanted!! Thank you all so much
