“Arrived at 3am but they were close so I park about 2 miles back towards I43. Somebody knocked on my door around 5am and asked "if I were delivering to Melotte and they're already open right now". Drove to Melotte and it was quick, easy and fast! Great place to deliver!”

“Arrived about half an hour early and that was the best I could do, but check-in here was easier than expected. I didn’t get the chance to sweep out the trailer like I normally do, but it wasn’t an issue. Just a heads-up for other drivers: make sure you’re not showing up with blood or any kind of leak from your reefer. That’s the main thing they look for.
Check in at the guard shack. Chris was phenomenal. Great attitude, fast check-in, and he even let me borrow a vest since mine got ruined with a grease spill. You will need a high-viz vest here.
Compared to other major distribution centers with long lines, complicated check-in procedures, and stressed-out staff, this place is the opposite. Simple. Smooth. Zero hassle. Slide your tandems at the guard shack, they assign you a door, then open up and dock. I was sent to door 836 all the way on the far left.
Once inside, everyone was friendly, respectful of my time, and clearly appreciated the drivers who keep freight moving. They had me loaded quickly and sent me on my way without any drama.
