am a brand new customer with metro T-Mobil. I received my phone and paid my 40.00 for the month of Aprl. I have tried to get a SIM card but still haven't got a one. So unfortunately am out 40.00

Metro has good phone service, fair deals/prices, low plans, but the one thing they don’t have are good employees. Almost 10:30 and doors weren’t unlocked, when the girl came to unlock the door no “hello how are you” she opened the door and immediately turned to walk away, almost flipping her hair in my face. When we had called she sounded like she could care less about answering our questions

I just do not understand how this happens.I call in advance to check if they have the 3rd gen iPhone SE, the 5g version. And they say yes.I drive there and it turns out that they do not have it. Bad service and lack of knowledge.

The phone service itself is great, the store was fine, employees helpful. Im freshly peeved at this service because i received a message from Metro stating that i was eligible for a 5g upgrade for both of my phones because i paid on time for 12 months. Upon arrival at the store i was told that this deal is only for new customers. How would i get a deal for paying for 12 months timely but be a new customer? What a cheap shot to get you in store.

Metro t mobile is garbage they take the advertising off of fox news. You should stick to cell service and stay out of politics. Your service sucks anyways.

AVOID the west and east Mason "approved" dealers. From the staff to the owner, Armor, this place is shady. I was attempting to change my service from another carrier, easy enough, right? Well, without asking,the lady that helped me set me up with a new phone number. Who changes numbers??? I only found this out after I paid. She informed me I needed to go to Verizon to have them release my number. Well, after several conversations with Verizon, I got it straightened out. In the time it took me to figure things out from Verizon, I decided to go with Cricket on a family and friends deal. When I went back to PCS to get my money for the service I never used, I was told to come back the next day because they don't keep over $50 in the till. I came back the next day and another employee called her manager, Joe, and he said they could not refund my money and I would need to talk to the owner, Armor. Needless to say, Armor has not returned any of my calls. I called Metro PCS corporate and filed a complaint. Stay away from this place! They should be selling watches on the corner...

Are there any cell phone company's that tell the truth.When they say you can get your phones service for $25,00 a month when in fact it's more like $45/line plus all the no hidden fees.I have two flip phones and one smartphone my bill is $153.00 a month at US Cellular. looking for an honest company that tells you three lines for$75.00 a month and that's what my bill will be when I get it, NOT $153.00 Sick of been lied to .

About a week ago, my daughter's phone was stolen, so I went to a local Metro store to get her a new phone. I was told by 2 employees about a great way to get a promotion. All I had to do was cancel that phone, change my phone number and start a new plan for 7 days. After 7 days come back and put that phone back on our plan and they could give us the 4 lines for $100 deal instead of the $135 we currently paid. I followed their advice even though I really didn't want to change my phone number and when I returned today to get the phone line put back on the guy said, yes that will work, then my price raised to over $140. I asked why it went up and was told I could not have the 4 for 100 by adding a line that was also on Metro. I pointed out that one of his co-workers told me to do it and that I told him that was what I was doing before he ever even did the computer work. I then asked, can I just get the one line back on it's own for now since I already had a full month of service paid for and he said yes. Once he split that line back out, he then told me I had to pay $50 for a month of service. I reminded him that the only reason we split it back out was because he said I could get the rest of my month back. I was then told by one of his coworkers that I had to pay the $50, so I told them to just disconnect my service and left the store. So, now I have yet another new number through a different carrier and have to change my number everywhere again. Needless to say, I will no longer be referring people to Metro.

*DONT MAKE THE SWITCH TO METRO PCS-HORRIBLE COVERAGE-Especially in "Certain sides of town" within the Green Bay Area'!! SO...after 5 years of service with Boost Mobile I decided last month 12/29/16 that I was going to swich and "Port my #" over to MetroPcs. I ended up going to the Green Bay-MetroPcs on University Ave- at the time they were offering a FREE phone(up to $70.00 cash value-with #ported in) I also brought my son with so of course I ended up getting talked into getting a 2nd line- the owner/manager (only guy ever there) was there and was SO QUICK to set up both phones- assuring us that the service/coverage is WAY better & faster data than Boost was, He also conned me into buying phone cases at $25/each because the "phone are very slippery and one drop to the floor and they will be toast"! SO..after spending $100 instore that night for 2 phones-2lines of 1st month services-My price $30 per line including: Unlimited talk/text and 6GB data per line..(which I thought was too good to be true- should have done my research before ever switching to Metro!) **Heres for the too good to be true: It is now the 20th of the month=9 days remaining before my next monthly bill is due-MY CURRENT DATA USAGE AS OF TODAY= 792 MB OUT OF 6 GB USED!!!- Does anyone else see a huge red flag there ??( When choosing a mthly plan with data at the University Store told me that- people who pick basic $30/month plan always come back in to upgrage due to running low on their data!!) WITHIN 1 WEEK into the plan- I really started questioning my Mobile Network-Data- I have internet access at home so I dont need to use my mobile data much- **When I go and try to TURN ON my mobile data from WI-FI..DOESNT WORK!! ! It is almost like the phone decides when/where it will decide to finally turn on!! I work out in Hobart- guess what NO SIGNAL-NO DATA SERVICES there, went to store the other day-DePere- DOESNT WORK THERE- NOW REALLY!! SO even when I am driving back home from these locations- my data services DO NOT and WILL NOT come back on- Sometimes I will sit there and trying going through different settings resetting them-turning on/off etc. but SERIOUSLY- is this what I am PAYING for- not to get data services out at my work(where not talking tons of miles away/out in the boone docks!) NOT to get it in DePere or any other random place within the Brown Cty./GB area?I even brought my sons phone to work today thinking it may just be mine-NOPE his services said DISCONNECTED/NO SERVICE ALSO! SO FINALLY FED-UP ALSO AFTER CALLING METRO CUSTOMER SERVICE 4X'S WITH NO HELP (try turning phone-off/back on-thats all they suggested EVERYTIME I called!) I returned to the UNIVERSITY AVE STORE LOCATION- hoping since the Mgr./worker was so nice in setting the 2 lines up etc. that he would work with me figure out the issue- and maybe even give me some kind of credit due to not being able to use my service for almost a WHOLE MONTH with only 9 days left of service--- He took my phone and began deleting some of the already factory installed apps saying that might be the issue- NOTHING changed! I was really upset at this point and raising my voice to him telling him this is SO Frustrating that not even 1 month into this NEW Plan and I CANNOT GET SERVICE/INTERNET-& definately NOT their "High Speed 4G LTE Coverage"!! ALL that he had to say to me/suggest to me was: "WELL THERES NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT, & IF YOUR NOT HAPPY WITH YOUR METROPCS SERVICE YOU SHOULD GO BACK TO BOOST MOBILE"!! He shows me a "Coverage Map"(never showed me when I signed up for service-the exact zoomed in coverage areas for MetroPCS phone/data services) for the GB area and zooms in super big- showing me a main Highway in the area and saying that the data service/coverage DOES NOT WORK when your on certain sides of Hwy 41/sides of town!! NOW THIS IS COMPLETE BS!! When I signed up- he assured me that my coverage was BETTER & FASTER than Boost was-=- and come to find out i cant use my phone depending if I am on one
