Came in 4 minutes late after driving 2 hours to appt and was met with you’re late and will have to reschedule - they absolutely don’t care one bit about keeping your business - I’ve been going here for 30 plus years and since Dr. Paye retired and sold - this is a very unprofessional atmosphere. Don’t waste your time.

Today I arrived as requested at 11:55am for the eye appointment I scheduled weeks ago. When I checked in no mention of long wait, just have a seat and a technician will come get you soon. 30 minutes go by so I politely check with front desk staff and their immediate response is the Dr is just finishing up with a patient so it should not be too much longer. A couple minutes later the same staff member walked by and said she was going to check with Dr Cynthia to check as she did not want to waste my time if it was going to be a while. She comes back and tells me it is going to be ANOTHER HOUR as there is another patient in line in front of me. She asked if I wanted to wait or reschedule to Wednesday.While I was waiting I heard a conversation with a mother and daughter who had back to back appointments with Dr Cynthia and the daughter elected not to keep hers.... so how much worse would it have been if she had kept her appointment?If they did not want to waste my time, they should have called me before I left home. They wasted over an hour of my time for nothing, no heads up when I checked in, no proactive action on their part to recognize I had been waiting 30 minutes.I did not reschedule and I will not go back. I liked Dr Cynthia and have been going here on and off for years but Customer Service is important and this was such an extremely poor example, you lost my business.

Amazing experience; Alissa and Tayi at the front desk we're friendly and knowledgeable. Melissa, my technician, was amazing at keeping it quick and efficient! Doctor Cynthia is friendly and professional as always. Tina is such an amazing optician, I only trust her with my eyewear needs! Thanks again, MyEyeDr!

Been a Patient for some 60 yrs. Have a tough time getting correct prescription for my glasses because of my vision problems. The Physicians at this clinic always get it right! Very satisfied!

Making an appointment online isn't updated in the system quickly, had to reschedule.Appointment was OK. The Dr was friendly enough.Very pushy on buying frames and contacts direct, don't. The prices are very high compared to anything you can find online. Thankfully your Rx is available online so honestly just leave.Insurance is not handled well at all. I've been reassured by my Hr and by my insurance company of coverages but they cannot seem to bill it correctly. On the statements and my profile they don't even list my insurance by the same name....

Pure incompetence! I went to pick up a trial pair of contacts and was denied because my latest eye exam was for glasses. I haven't worn glasses for over 30 years!!!!

I went here while America's Best was closed. The prices are significantly higher. I tried to place a contact order twice: I called asked to place the order, staff says "ok we'll call you when they're ready". Two weeks go by and no call. I call back and they say the order was never placed. Ok fine mistakes happen. I place the order again, I'm asked "do you want to pay now or when you pick them up?" I said when I pick them up (due to what happened before). They say ok and we hang up. Two weeks again go by - no call. I call back and am informed the order was never placed and that I have to pay before the order is placed. I said I was never told that, he responds "That's been our policy for years", yet it's the first time I'm hearing about it.So a month went by and no contacts.Going back to America's Best.

Cynthia the eye doctor was very kind and overall I had a good experience with my exam. However I cannot believe how rude and obnoxious the gal was that was trying to sell me glasses. She presented me with misinformation multiple times (told me I had a copay when I didn’t, and told me I couldn’t get vsp glasses from anywhere else), was pressuring me to buy frames from them and after a while of trying to get frames from them and looking around I decided to go somewhere else. She wanted to charge me $140 out of pocket and when I declined she handed me my prescription and walked away without a goodbye or a thanks for coming in. I’m shocked at the unprofessionalism and won’t be returning, which is a shame because I liked my actual eye doctor. If she wants to sell glasses she should try a thing called kindness.
