I was looking for midi skirts in my size, and I found Old Navy. I went in and asked an assistant if she could help me. She said yes. She put down the items she was putting on the shelves and directed me to wear the skirts were. She found 2 that I really love. She was such a great help, plus the prices were great.

Every staff member I interacted with was rude (and a bit condescending). I guess if you don't work here and understand their inconsistent sign placement, then you're just a simpleton. I'd rather take my business elsewhere if this is how the store is going to be run nowadays.

Only one associate actually said hello to us while shopping and the woman/cashier at the check out was extremely rude! Looks like the holiday rushes have gotten to them already. Poor customer service.

Courtney is truly an asset to Old Navy. Out greeting customers, offering bags, helping find sizes, and answering questions. She even did a price adjustment for me even though the store was busy and I didn’t have my receipt on me. Saved me a trip back with my receipt.

Went on a Friday around noon. No line for check out. No line for changing rooms. Employees were friendly. Cleanest Old Navy I've visited.
