Went in to have reoccurring charges cancelled. I had already tried to cancel but they were unwilling to assist. Have me a phone number and told me to do it myself. When you have multiple things needing cancelled having someone help reduce unnecessary bills is helpful and I thought people caring more guess not.

Nothing but positive experiences here, most times you can get loans done and money distributed in less than 24 hours. Was looking to buy a couple atvs, applied Friday morning, and check was in the mail Friday afternoon. Danielle rocks!

It's about time that I leave a review for PCM Credit Union after 13 years of nothing but good service. Friendly people and accurate banking. They EVEN answer the phone! The drive-thru and the lobby experience are fast and effective, they have a newsletter to share what they're doing for our community including classes, fundraisers and warning us about scams. Honored to work with PCM credit union. Thank you for your great service.

I tried setting an account up online due to my schedule, never got a call back regarding my application. I called to check up on my application, they are too busy but referred me to a voicemail. I don't think I want to bank with a corporation like this. I deserve more respect than what I got. Personally I wouldn't bank at pcm credit union and that's my personal experience.

Amazing service. Wish all big banks were as awesome as PCM. The ONLY thing I would improve is the amount of places you can send bill pay to electronically Vs waiting 7-10 days.

My entire family has an account with PCMCU. They have been our primary financial institution since before I was born. My own children also bank here. Three Generations of loyal customers. I’ve been fortunate enough to have every mortgage and loan through my family credit union. They are wonderful to my parents and my sons as well. The staff is very caring to my octogenarian parents and explained electronic banking in a very respectful manner. I’ve had over 20 addresses but the same credit union over the last 5 decades!

I have been a member of this credit union for years, the care and attention we had received in the past reflected on their values. It WAS a great place to perform your banking needs. Unfortunately, this has changed and the amount of frustration and embarrassment realized due to their lack of attention to detail and personal service we had become accustomed to.Here are a couple of the items that we recently had unfold here:I lost my debit card, I called the after hours line and spent 45 minutes on hold with their out sourced customer service, they canceled my wifes card, not mine. We found out about the canceled card when my wife attempted to use her card and it was DECLINED.Add onto this, I was charged $10 to replace my card, to be fair, we wee not charged the additional $10 for their mistake.Over the last weekend I attempted to make a purchase with my new debit card, it was DECLINED, more embarrassment, I sense a pattern. I figured it was a higher amount than they would authorize, although that does not appear to be the case, as my wife received a fraud alert. I did get a telephone call over 24 hours later, thanks PCLCU (People Caring Less Credit Union).I called to speak to someone about this, all I kept hearing was a very passive We're sorry. When I asked to speak to the manager I was told she would take my call. Upon transfer, I went straight to voicemail and 24 hours later still had not received a call back.It is unfortunate that the relationship has been so badly bruised and diminished to this point, I no longer feel like a member of this institution, much less the family that it seemed we had been in for years.I will be moving along, hopefully they turn this back around, may your mileage vary!

We love everything about this credit union for over 35 years! The financial services, from home and automotive lending to checking and retirement savings, it offerings are outstanding. Our four children have had accounts with this institution and they agree the staff offers five-star services. In specific is Kim Runge. She is awesome! She tries very hard to meet your every need. Have been going to the "Credit Union" since I was a baby. My father worked for PCMC and we were admitted in because of it and now my children are a member of this family as well. They've always treated us fairly. I wish they had some offerings that larger banks do such as cash-back on debit card purchases and higher savings rates but I'll take kind people and a non-money hungry bank any day.

If you have family members that also use this credit union, you should find another!Multiple staff have been rude and are unable to treat individuals professionally based on the relationships established by other members of your family. Not only myself, but two of my sisters have also expressed unprofessional bias from more than one staff member at this credit union, based on a family members financial situation that we are unrelated to or financially responsible for.Extremely unprofessional.

The PCM staff is all so wonderful but we absolutely LOVE working with Jackie! She’s more like a friend or confidant than a financial counselor and she has helped us so much with budgeting and bill paying! We can’t thank her enough for always being just an email or phone call away.

I can’t say enough good things about PCM. My husband and I just bought our first house and I’m so glad we chose PCM. They made the process so much less stressful, answered all our questions in a way us newbies understood, and were so kind and friendly along the way! We worked mostly with Ginger and I know at any point if I have a question, she’s just a phone call away.
