I took my car in today for full service so I wouldn't have to clean the interior myself. I knew I was in trouble when I saw the perfunctory job the interior cleaners were doing on cars in front of me on line. I had to vacuum, clean the dash, etc. when I got home so all I got for the extra full service money was clean interior windows. The exterior wash was fine, the crew drying at the end was good. The interior crew at the beginning was terrible! They even acted disinterested. I believe this is a management problem to have one crew so good vs. one crew so bad. I won't be back.

When you go to the 3 lanes you have to wait and you never know when you go and after who . Quite a challenge. Then they soap your car and after that comes with all the bugs you had before . So after I call the manager they told me go on the line again and give it a try . So this is how they work . Not in costumer convenient but in the car wash convenient. So after I told them that this is not working and I don’t have time for that . They offer - nothing . Not care at all . So I told them that I will leave and they told me that they don’t really care and they have plenty of costumers . After I ask for refund for this useless service - they told me that I used the car wash 3 times in a month !!! Even I have unlimited they can’t give me my money back because I exceeded my use of the car wash . So if you like to use them you need a lot of patience and buy unlimited and you need to go 2-3 times every time . This is their salution. I ask for refund for this useless service and they told me that 27 dollars is fine to lose a costumer and they don't give money back. So if you like to be treated like a 27 dollars that is the place to go. Other location made my car dirtier every time I use them. So they are great until therebiana problem and someone tell them the true. Then they told you that there is other places. Yes they are and I will use them. I can't go and race every time and go for 2-3 times until clean. This must be worry free and easy survive. We don't have time for that so you can get your salary. Enjoy your 27 dollars I believe costumers cost more then that. I have been with them for long time but after they show me who they truly are. Good buy forever. Keep the money and hope spend it wisely!!!

I just got my car washed today. Got the $26 wash that the $35 wash. But I would have at least expected it to be vacuumed decently. I understand about dog hair but when it’s grass, stones and things should’ve been vacuumed up off the mats!! Even the doors were not wiped down. The people vacuuming acted like they didn’t want to be there. I am done with PDQ!!!Service: Vacuuming

worst costumer service in the area. if like your not washed - this is the place to visit if you like to be treated poor - that is exactly where you can visit and had a lot of cheap and poor attitudes

I wish I could give PDQ negative stars. We paid $30 for a full service wash (interior and exterior) and they did a terrible job on the interior. It was so bad that when my husband brought the car home, I drove back to PDQ and asked them to re-vacuum, wipe down the interior, and remove kid wrappers that were still in the backseat. I pointed out the places they missed (basically everything) and the guy took it back to “re-do” it. When he was done I looked again at the interior areas we discussed and they were still not clean. We are talking very basic things like doorhandles, seats, and dashboard. After I complained for the second time, they offered me a coupon to come back. Incredible. This is the third time this has happened to me and I should have learned my lesson. I will never return and will be spreading the word to fam and friends to save their time and money.

I have been so disappointed with the Oneida Street (Ashwaubenon, WI) location in the past that I wrote your entire company off, but I ended up needing a quick and complete cleaning last month, so I decided to give you one more chance. I purchased some sort of deal where I received $15 off of a 2-wash package. I was extremely unhappy with the condition of my car when I left, and when I immediately drove back around and talked to the manager, she said corporate would not allow her to refund me, but she could wash it herself since her team did a horrible job. I told her I thought it was ridiculous that a manager would even have to think of such a thing, and I wanted a refund. She said it was absolutely impossible and my only choice was to accept a free wash voucher. Are you kidding me? Why would I want a free "wash" when no washing is actually happening? I told her I had no interest in returning and she said I may want to try the Shawano Ave, Green Bay location because I might walk away happier. WHAT?! So... your location is such a failure that you have to have management wash away the team's mistakes and ultimately send customers to another location? Here are the "after" pics.

I got my vehicle cleaned today and they never vacuumed my trunk which was popped open when I went inside. They didn’t wiped down the inside in the back. I have always gotten my car washed here and this was the first time this happened. I did call and they offered a solution.Services: Vacuuming

I wonder if PDQ knows why their rating is a 2 stars out of 5 Stars. Here is a customers perspective:1. The cost is outrageous to poor quality of work and customer service.2. employees standing around and have poor work ethics. 3. No respect for the customer or their hard earned money they pay for a car wash. 4. Cost over 2/3rds the cost of a complete meticulous detail job elsewhere. 5. So called managers are not trained managers and they treat customers like 3rd class citizens 6. MY VEHICLE IS NEVER CLEAN!!!PS: I am a company owner and all my vehicles used to go to PDQ until the business decided it would do subpar work at extravagant pricing. WE IN BUSINESS CALL THIS BUSINESS THEFT!

Today, I had a vehicle delivered to me from California covered in red clay and dirt. Too embarrassing/dirty to even park at my business. Ran it through the PDQ elite exterior wash. What an incredible job! Night and day difference in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommended.

Im a clean freak, locations are ok, best wash/dry is in Menasha, worst is Richmond/OO in Appleton. Seem most negative reviews are inside issues, I only do exterior wash. People that live like pigs and have high expectations of paying to clean up after them.

I paid for the manager special car wash. As my car ran through that wash, at the end my car came just inches away from hitting the car in front of it. There was nearly a collision of three cars. I contacted management, but no one responded to my concerns. No one at PDQ cared about my car.In the past, I spent a lot of money at PDQ for washes and detailing. At this price we deserve more. I won't be back. I now go to Kwik Trip and I'm looking forward to the new Club Car Wash opening near Costco.

I have gone to this car wash multiple times in hope that it would be better each time; however, each time the car wash I pay for is not done well. Yes my car was cleaned on the outside, but it was not wiped down well at all and was still very wet when leaving. The rubber car mats I have were pooled with water after I asked for them to be washed, they had not been dried. The cup holders were not clean and the vacuuming was not done well.Services: Vacuuming
