This is one of my most disappointing visits to anywhere ever. I ordered some soda online made sure to check the boxes saying I did not want any substitutions there are two boxes that you have to check for that and I checked both so I went there to pick up my soda Island when it came time for the lady to bring my stuff out she brought out 5 12 that I did not order even though I had checked no substitutions twice then I was told that they don't do refunds at that store they are unable to do refunds at that store for online orders so I called the 800 number which said it was busy and suggested I go online. So I went online and this is where it got good the representative that I spoke to during the live chat was extremely helpful and wanted to make sure that this issue was able to resolved one way or the other. And she was kind enough to refund my money.

What a complete garbage dump. This is the worst pick 'n save I've ever been to. The kid behind the seafood counter acts like he's doing me a favor putting shrimp in a bag for me? You go to buy a donut and the bags and tissues are nowhere to be found. You got to go on a treasure hunt to find them? It's cute that I'm writing a review on Google, but pick 'n save corporate is going to get a letter about this store. I don't have enough time to write how terrible things are there. This store is lacking management.

Got food poisoning off the cooked chicken from the deli part of the store . Tasted fine but a couple hours later It all came back up , stomach was cramping and my head felt poisoned ..

For 4 gallons instead of 4$ they charge you 4.19$ I asked why they didn’t said anything and end of the issue the other guy said it was tax even i wondered tax for water ?
