Great selection for hockey gear. some people were complaining about staff being in there phones but it's not true, the customer service is great and I recommend the place because of it's prices.

I stopped here on a whim hoping to find a decent used bar and rubber plates. What I found was a great selection of new and used, uses were all in great shape, and a bigger selection of plates. The service was great, the gentleman that helped me was friendly and able to answer all my questions, also helped me carry everything out to my vehicle. I also love the reward program, easy to sign up and I earned money back on my next visit. Very good selection both new and used. I will definitely go back!

Very nice and friendly! We bought inline and quad skates and they were in very good condition. The prices weren't too bad, either. Staff were very helpful!

Wanted to sell my old golf clubs. Mike was very fair with his offer. Ultimately didn't sell to them because the PGA was offering a premium. I would certainly try again. They're friendly, fair, and honest.

Bought a best fitness rack that was missing a pin to lock the safety in. The owner ran across the the street and bought a new set. Outstanding customer service and I highly reccomend this place.

To say that I experienced bad customer service on 5-2-2021 at the Green Bay, Wi store would be an understatement. NEVER in my life have I ever been treated in the manner I was by a TEEN employee. We were checking out, I purchased a new golf set for my son and a pair of golf shoes. The young man behind the counter rang up the shoes but not the clubs. I said to him we were purchasing the set as well, this was the conversation that followed: Me: "Excuse me, we need to pay for the clubs" Associate: "What do you expect me to do, ring them up telepathically?" Me: "Excuse me, I am sorry. I thought you were using the code sheet in front of you." Associate: "Again, am I going to ring them up telepathically? I need the price tag." Me: "Ok, well that's all you needed to say." My son brings the clubs closer to the scanner, the clubs won't ring up. Me: " I guess telepathy and the scanner are not working." Associate: Slams down the scanner and says "DO not get sassy with me. Who do you think you are?" The owner and another associate (were next to this associate), along with a long line of customers behind me. Me: "Excuse me, what did you just say?" Associate: " I said, don't get sassy with me. Stop making me mad and just pay." Me: "Who do you think you are speaking to? I am a customer and a woman, and this is how you speak to a female customer in your store?!" Associate: Continues to slam the scanner, throws his pen and papers. "Get her (referring to me) out of my face. Stop making me angry." I turn to the owner, who was literally 2 feet away. Me: "Excuse me sir, is this how you let your employees treat customers." Owner: " I didn't hear anything." Me: "You are standing literally 2 feet away from him." Owner: "I didn't hear anything. He's just mad." Me: "If you didn't hear anything, how do you know he's mad?" Owner: "Let's step over here and talk" Me: "Great" Owner: " Look we did over $2000 in sales in the last hour." Me: "Well that is great news" Owner: Interrupts me mid-sentence "NO it's NOT. I have 3 people here and it was a mad house. Clearly, we are all fried (speaking about himself and the 2 other employees in the store, one of which I just had the encounter with." Me: " I would think $2000 in sales in an hour is something to celebrate during a pandemic, yet you allow your employees speak to customers in this manner?" Owner "He just needs to take a break." Me: "No, he needs to personally apologize to me and you need to speak with him on customer service." Owner "I am sorry you are upset. He just needs a break." Me: "This is absolutely unbelievable. I have never been treated like this in my life. You are not going to have him apologize to me for his behaviors, attitude, words and tone?" Owner:" I am sorry." Me: "Absolutely unbelievable and unacceptable." I walked out of the store This is completely and utterly UNACCEPTABLE. I will NEVER shop at this store nor any other play it again sports. When it is obvious the culture of ownership and employees is not based on good, professional customer service. I could have purchased the new golf clubs for my son at Dick's Sporting Goods. Had they been in stock, I would have returned me ENTIRE purchase from the Play it Again Green Bay store yesterday, but I was trying to help a small business owner out during a global pandemic. I am still seething about this. This is the type of ownership Play it Again wants representing their company? And for the owner, that is the type of employee you want in your store? I GUARANTEE you had I gone to Dick's or ANY other store and an associate spoke to me the way this associate did, my conversation with the manager or owner would have gone completely different. I will say it again, I will NEVER purchase another piece of equ

I passed the masks required on the way into the store to look at treadmills. When I asked the approaching older employee to please lift his mask up, he moved it up still under his nose. Because I was uncomfortable, I turned to leave the store and he actually chased me into parking lot telling me, unsolicited, that wearing a mask is not law. I pointed out that it was their sign that stated masks required. Slightly caught off guard, he fired back that he was wearing a mask. I should be able to leave a store quietly without an employee making a scene. I will never go back.

If you buy a used disc be sure to check under the price tag before you buy it. The is a good chance they are trying to cover up a signature or other issue with the disc face.
