PODS worked great for us. The guys I worked with dropping off and picking up were nice and knowledgeable handling the equipment. I received a phone call always prior to the moves. I wish I would have been able to store all my belongings In PODs due to convenience. Unfortunately we had park cars in the driveway too.

Despite the website saying we could fit our house into 1 pod, we just got the furniture into 1 and had to order a second. This caused a lot of pain and grief since we had movers for only 1 day and had to get out of our house. Not to mention the massive extra cost. Come to delivery day, despite us asking if they could get both pods in our driveway BEFORE we got the 2nd one, they promised us they could...until they delivered the 1st pod (Saturday) and said they cannot put the 2nd in the driveway. We have movers coming Sunday and we are out-of-state. We are only in town for 2 days to unload the pods because we have to be back for kids school and work. But guess what, 2nd one is now coming on Tuesday instead forcing us to get movers for a SECOND DAY AND COSTING US HUNDREDS MORE! I will NEVER use PODS again and will be informing my realtors so they can warn their clients as well.
DO NOT TRUST WHAT THEY SAY OR THEIR WEBSITE!!!!

Our move was so convenient using PODS - we added containers, scheduled them when we wanted them, were able to store them until we were able to take delivery. Every single customer service interaction was overwhelming helpful and friendly, too. Really, really made the move easy.

Great experience! From the drop off to the re-delivery, PODS was so easy to use and at my time. Scheduling the delivery, pickup and re-delivery was extremely easy and the messaging and communications were perfect. Also, have not received any SPAM emails from PODS (shockingly).

Great service! The drop off and pickup of the pod was super easy and they were actually nice and pretty knowledgeable. I was extremely surprised that not a single item was broken, they took great care of the unit in the cross-country move and storage!
