There are several really good tire shops in town, but the customer service I experienced here sets Ray's apart from the rest. Not that the other places don't have good customer service, many do, but David at Ray's provided 'Raving Fans' level service. If you haven't read Raving Fans give it a read, it only takes a few hours, then you'll understand what I mean. I was treated like a highly-valued customer that has been doing business there for decades, but it was my first visit. This is now my #1 option in Green Bay for tire/repair services.

Disappointed with false information, altered parts incomplete inspections many loose parts,. Went in to make sure I was set for a trip of 400 miles to see my mom, left with loose parts. Dangerously unaware of true safety road codes

These guys went above and beyond! Had a Sumitomo tire fail on me, 6.5 hours from home. They pulled the tire and confirmed it was an installation issue from my local shop. They didn’t even charge me. I ended up buying a user tire to have mounted on the rim to have a spare on my return trip and their prices were extremely reasonable.
This was all after another large chain with many locations in Green Bay (we’ll call them competitor ‘P’) wouldn’t even look at the tire.
Can’t recommend these guys enough!

Only one guy that can do alignments makes it difficult to make an appointment. I had 6 of my own TOYO tires mounted and balanced followed by an alignment. From start to finish everything was phenomenal, then I drove my truck. When I brought in my truck steering was tight and straight at the wheel. When I left I had play with the steering wheel and when I got on the highway I discovered a strong pull to the left. I realize with only one guy there is not always time to test drive at highway speeds. Brand new tires. Got in contact with Dave at Ray's and he stands firmly behind his services and employees.

Our family HIGHLY recommends Ray's Tire! When our daughter was stranded due to vehicle problems, and in an area which we do not know, her car was towed to Ray's Tire over a weekend. Ray's Tire repaired her car with the upmost integrity! Their communication in keeping us aware of the situation and their follow through were top-notch!

I can't say enough good things about Ray's Tires. I bring my Jeep there for everything from oil changes, tire rotations, and mechanical problems. I'm always treated respectfully and courteously. The work done is phenomenal and I never feel like I'm being gouged or taken advantage of.
Bottom line, I know that the work done on my Jeep is done correctly and it feels good to know that I am driving a safe vehicle on these roads.

Oh my gosh! Amazing 10/10 would go again would recommend to EVERYONE!! They are so nice there! They helped me out with everything I needed and went into detail on what I should do and helped out with estimates on things. They got my car back to me at a reasonable time which was sooooo nice! Normally when I bring my car to Huron auto it’s a 3 day process for anything. These guys were fanfreakintastic. I had such an amazing experience there and I can’t wait to go again. <3
