Their hours say they close at 10 tonight, but when I tried going in at 9:30, they were already closed. The lady that was working wasn’t even doing anything. If your hours have changed update them. This is unfair to customers. Also the customer service that the workers have is awful. They are rude almost every-time I come in. Fix your hours and fix your service ASAP.

This place is great. It's Always very clean, especially after 3pm when the 3rd shift guy comes in. He is very nice and very helpful and whenever he is working I never have any problems or complaints!

I was in line purchasing items and a woman came in and was upset because she prepaid for gas and couldn't get it .The manager on duty said you're just going to have to wait while I help my customers the woman said I am one of your customers. The manager proceeded to berate her letting her know that if she wasn't patient she wasn't going to get what she wanted. The manager proceeded to tell her that as nice and trustworthy as her customers look she can't go outside to help her because they're not trustworthy. The woman waited but was getting more agitated and as I was walking away I heard the manager say oh did I hurt your feelings. Very rude I will never be back

The shell on Monroe has the worst customer service, manager that was working today around 1:30 p.m. was just awful to this poor lady who was trying to get gasoline from the very beginning when the woman asked for 20 gallons of gas the manager repeated herself saying for the 3rd time "how much gas do you want" The woman calmly said give me $50 please. The manager messed up the transaction twice.finalky the woman went out to get her gas she came back in after pushing the help button with no response to ask if she could get her money back and she was told she'll just have to wait until the manager was done with her customers The lady who wanted her money back said I am one of your customers and that is when the whole situation went south. The manager essentially called the other customers thieves and told the woman that if she didn't want to wait she wasn't going to get what she wants. I stuck around so I could hear what was going on and she made the woman stay there for another 15 minutes trying to get her money back all to call her a cry baby and a lier and tell her she was never allowed back in the store. very rude and I will never be back to that store.

Manager on duty was very rude and refused to help customers having an issue at pump. Heard her say that she could not trust the people in the store not to steal while very much upsetting the woman trying to get her money back. Then made the woman wait while she helped me and others cuz she was upset.I'll never go back there. Manager was very very very rude.
