Wanted to get some paint. Waited ten minutes watching an employee ignore me while he attended to something more important than me. Left without getting any paint. I did notice a help wanted sign in front of the store, so at the least they know that there is a problem.

The Green Bay, Oneida Street Sherwin Williams store has the great quality paint, but the customer service surpasses any paint stores I’ve ever shopped at. I live in Florida 6 months a year and have shopped there and still great paint, but the store in Green Bay, is the best of the best. Knowledgeable staff to help with a smile on their faces. I will only buy my paint there.

Thank you to the gentleman, Marson, that helped us save a ton of money on 20 gallons of paint when mentioning a special you were running. Had we not known about it, we would have eaten quite a bit of our budget in just paint. So thank you for that! Left very happy to go work on our project!

Came to store needing paint for bathroom. The associate was attentive, friendly, and not pushy. Explained the best paint for the project and they had a GREAT sale of 30% off. Good experience and attentive people in the store. I love how the paint goes on and cleans without taking off the paint when you do a wash.
