“Dropped off 3 pieces of Spectrum equipment to be returned on 8-13-25 . Must have gotten there at a good time because the wait time was minimal. They got the job done but the workers were very unfriendly. Just going through the motions. Still was better than going to the Spectrum store. Will use a different UPS store next time.”

I ordered a package that somehow went to the wrong address and state, I never thought I’d hear anything or receive it but Jordan tracked it down without me even reaching out! He was very professional, polite, and so helpful and made the process super easy. Will use fedex for shipping instead of ups moving forward because of this experience. If you’re in corporate and reading this- give Jordan a raise and promotion! It’s hard to come by such great customer service like this.”

“I drop and hook here about once per week for most of 1 year and I have noticed that they make changes to their system to be more efficient. I rarely have to "live unload" but when I do it is usually behind 1 other truck so about 1 hour total. This is a fairly tight area to drop on the pad with considerable movement of other trucks whom I find to be cooperative to give way to each other.”
“I had some issues with getting a package delivered to my home due to working full time and needing a signature (which I am grateful for it needing one)
I stopped here after work to pick it up. The lady in the front was very helpful. She checked for the truck with my package. She came to me while I waited to get it.
I am very grateful for this, especially since I will be going on a trip on Sunday, so it would have been very hard for me to get it.
