Switch to T-Mobile went to the Green Bay West Mason store got two lines. Was told I would get two free IPhones if I traded in my existing phones. Now they add $40.01 to my bill so much for free phones. Went back twice and was told it takes time for their billing cycles, but I am still getting charged.

Walked into T-mobile 1491 W Mason St, Green Bay, WI 54303 with a phone I bought offline ready to buy a plan and start service. The two employees there never acknowledged me so I took a seat and waited for a half hour while the employees continued to pretend I didn't exist so I finally left. The next day, my husband took the phone there and the same guy who was working yesterday claimed he couldn't hook this phone up with service, he was completely aloof and very unhelpful. I took the phone to a different T-mobile store a few blocks away and they hooked it up, no problem. That location is notoriously subpar and I wonder how it stays open with those kind of employees. The rudest retail setting I've ever experienced.

On 12-06-23, my mother and I walked in to the T-mobile store located at 1491 W Mason St, Green Bay, WI 54303 to buy a phone and start a plan. We walked in and we were never greeted at all, no "hey", no "we'll be with you in a minute", nothing. We took a seat and waited for a half hour but were never even acknowledged in the least so finally, exasperated and a bit shocked, we got up and left. Those two "workers" in there were the two most rude, unqualified airheads I've ever personally experienced in a retail setting. Their customer service, or lack thereof, was horrible and virtually nonexistent. Even a dog will come up and greet someone. The only thing these people were good at was literally pretending not to ever see us.

Andre & Xavier were extremely helpful & knowledgeable. I just switched to T-Moby & it was the most positive experience I've had at any mobile service store.

Excellent! Went in today around 12:30 pm on 9-10-23 to switch to TMobile pre paid. Was busy and the guy was by himself. I waited which was no problem. He multi tasked and got to everyone. Didn’t get irritated, very patient. He is very good at his job. I didn’t get his name. Highly recommend and TMobile signal is very good in Green Bay. Glad I switched from At&T

Went to the Mason store Saturday afternoon there was a boy there about 26 years old a little black boy talking about his g********** and situation in Memphis Tennessee he put insurance on my phone I did not ask for and then taken money out of my account I did not ask for.....Will call my bank to Stop that.....WHOULD NOT REC0MMEND....VERY POOR SERVICE ?

I love the service, WiFi, and customer support. Over 10 years with T-mobile and I don't believe I'll ever leave.I'm so close to 5 star rate. I believe in the past 3 years T-mobile is less personal and relatable. I truly miss the in-store technicians at your corporate locations. I realize now that service was provided by an insurance carrier, and not by T-mobile. These technicians were invaluable. The in-store representatives now are less likely to help find solutions that may be unorthodox.

I had a complicated problem with my T-Mobile e-simm that bricked my phone. I was annoyed that I had to drive an hour on a Saturday morning to the physical store because my problem could not be solved over the phone - I needed a new physical simm card. I walked right in and there was only one guy working there. I explained my issue and he got it immediately, grabbed my phone, stuck a new card in, typed on his screen and told me to wait 10 minutes. I left to run errands, and sure enough, 5 minutes later my phone came back to life. I wish I had gotten the kid's name - he was fucking awesome. Highly recommended.

I have been a t-mobile customer for years. Most T-mobile stores are very helpful. I recently had to deal with this location and they will sell you anything you want but will not help you if you have a problem or a return. I have tmobile internet equipment and was told to call help number and have it mailed or visit another store. Other store helped me out. Oh Yeah, T-mobile internet sucks.

Their Wi-Fi hotspot is garbage. They offer you a promotion about a gift card to get you in the door and then never send it. Trying to get thru with customer service is a Friggen headache. Save your self the headache and go with anybody else but them!

Another sad store where they don't have variety? Curiously only apple. Do they have an agreement with the Apple company to offer only their ugly devices? Disappointing.
