Disappointed by the Assistant at Tmobile on Oneida St., I went multiple times. I notice the workers help as many customers as possible; what does the assistant do? He stays on his phone and walks around the store, welcoming customers. On three different occasions, I watched people leaving because of the wait. It wasn't enjoyable to see the assistant not attempt to help out or take the time & attempt to help customers. PROPS to workers who were helping out. It wasn't enjoyable to see who was “in charge,” ignoring the situation.

Sales person sold me equipment for a brand new car saying it would only make my phone bill cheaper (huge lie) even thought i had no use for it with the car i drive being from 1985 i told him this. Few months go by looking at the bill i notice an extra $75 dollars a month because of it. I return my phone and everything with the equipment still brand new in box and they still are trying to charge me thousands for it. There customer service throughout the entire ordeal was absolutely garbage. This started back when they were just sprint and apparently t-mobile has decided to follow in there footsteps

Waited 1 hour 30 minutes on my issues. Great phones, overpriced plans, customer service and the store don't explain what you don't know as a customer.

I was helped by Colin today. To say his customer service skills are fantastic is putting it lightly! He was super energetic, genuine, and incredibly nice immediately when I entered. He worked fast, told a lot of jokes which had me laughing, and made sure I was informed on multiple deals on my account that I didn't know about!I also observed him helping a lady when I first got in. He was incredibly patient, had her laughing, and again very informative. He truly cares about his customers! It was awesome to be helped by someone like that. I would easily hire him for my company! Thanks Colin!

Still a relatively 'new' customer to Tmobile. I had some issues with my phone and needed tech support. After a short wait, Colin assisted me. His tech guy (apologies for not catching the name) also got involved and eventually the issue was resolved. Happy we found a solution and appreciate both gentlemens' professionalism and time.

My husband and I switched to T-Mobile from Verizon and Colin provided us with amazing information and helped us with everything! Will definitely be requesting Colin when we need to go back for whatever needs!

Due to my own fault, I lost my phone in February while I was on vacation and could not track it. I came to this T-Mobile store to see what my options were to get a replacement phone. I do lease my phone, so I knew I still had at least 8 months left to pay on it.I have to say, when I entered the store, Evelyn and Brad were very nice and offered to help. Brad looked at my account and said I had $216 left to pay on my lost phone. He stated if I paid off the remaining balance on my phone and purchased a new phone that day, he would give me 1/2 of the value I paid on my lost phone ($108) as a credit on my family account. I'm 100% certain he said this.We activated my new phone, and paid for activation and taxes with my credit card. He made at least 2 comments to Evelyn to ensure the request for the credit is made to T-Mobile.Fast forward to May and the credit of $108 never appeared on our bill. I came into the store on May 31 to speak to Brad, but was told he was busy. I was asked to leave a note for Brad explaining my reason for visiting with my email address and phone number. The sales rep told me I should hear back in a few days. I never received any communication from Brad or anyone. I did call the store several times, but no one answers to the phone during business hours.My family member who holds the family account went into the store today to speak with Brad and was told T-Mobile NEVER gives a credit for paying off a leased phone. I'm sorry, but this is a complete lie. I was 100% told if I paid off my phone in full, purchased another phone, we would get $108 credit on our bill. I am appalled at the lack of integrity at this store.When my lease ends on my phone, I will no longer be a T-Mobile customer.EDIT: I did email the owner on 6/16 after they left their email address on this review asking to "chat". I have not received a reply to date, to my initial email or my follow up email. My email was respectful and professional, so I'm guessing they have no desire to fix store issues or have any open dialogue regarding their business. Again, the lack of integrity at this store is shameful.

Amazing service, friendly stuff, comfortable space for waiting while doing whatever it is that needs to be done. Pretty good choice of different gadgets and devices. Ethan was very helpful and understanding with a lot of things, including a slight language barrier. Thanks for the good work!

June 2021. Although busy and not always timely with getting customers greeted and helping them, the staff here are phenomenal. They fixed issues created at another T-mobile location. They knew what they were doing and did everything they could, even when more issues kept coming up. Hector and Colin were so friendly and helpful. Highly recommend them and this location. Just make sure you have plenty of time.

Very rude and short. I felt like they wanted me out of the store before I even walked in. I asked if they replaced batteries on a phone that wasn't sprint. I just got a head shake and evil glare. Than when I asked again another employee just said no. My friend called in to ask the day before and they said they would do it.... Its fine if you can't but the employees there need some better customer service skills. Went to batteries plus and they had it changed in 60 seconds no questions asked!

Tech team is great. Although the sales need to explain things better for people. I switched over and got a family plan. we had 2 different carriers, Verizon and cricket. I was very upset it took 2 days and 3 hours each day if not....more! Corporate will be getting a call from me!

They were willing to take a chance on me 5 years ago. My credit was bad but they still gave me a phone I've been a customer ever since.
