Okay hear me out. I was in line at MCDONALDS next door in the lobby it was around noon time standing behind two T-mobile workers complaing about their order. All I wanted was to grab a large drink and get out. Excuse me if I was "eavesdropping" but the two T-mobile employees were being rude and loud enough for people to hear to the McDonalds employee and holding up the line.They were angry that they were being charged for extra sauce or something like that and I heard one of the girls say she was gonna file a complaint. Look woman, you're supposed to represent T-mobile and yall literally work next door, are you not embarrassed?I heard the employee tell them it's policy to charge for extra sauce which is understandable. Because if 100 people walked in and asked for 5 free sauces, that's 500 sauces given out for free! That's like me walking into T-mobile and asking for free phone cases without paying for it.T-mobile do better

5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ to Pete!!!I had canceled my home internet (not because it was bad but because fiber was finally available) and my final bill was $.34. I tried to pay online but the payment has to be a minimum of $5. I called the number on my bill and was told I had to be verified with my pin which I either forgot or never knew so they always sent me a pin thru my modem (which I returned already). I was told that I had to go to a retail store to pay the bill and there is a $5 service charge to pay in store. I called this store and Pete looked up my account and took care of my billing issue without me having to drive 30 minutes to pay a $.34 bill. Thank you Pete!

I never go to this location because they never know what they’re doing but this time I thought I’d give them another chance. I was trying to switch carriers and trying to cancel my account and I go in there and all they did was give me a phone number that I had to call in order to get some kind of resolution or whatever and I was no help at all and pretty useless. Don’t use this location unless you really need help and the attitudes at this location aren’t the best as well.

T-Mobile is the worst cellular service I have ever gone through and their customer service is the absolute worst! I just received a bill 3 months after closing my account and paid in store the day I deactivated my service and switched cell providers and was assured by a service rep at the East Mason Green Bay, WI location that my account was closed and all fees have been paid so I wouldn’t receive a bill as I ended my service and closed my account before the next billing cycle started! I just called customer service and some lady that couldn’t even speak English wasn’t able to help me so here I am with a bill in my hand and nobody to resolve this! So I am leaving this review filing a claim with the BBB as well as consulting a lawyer in terms of what legal action I can take!

Friendly staff, corporate store, u cam schedule a time 2 meet w/staff (like that) but can't during busy season like black Friday, but they do greet u & get u in order of when u entered in2 the store. Change 2 T- Mobile. Trying them out. Reception in our area is good. So far going well.

Extremely poor customer service through phone, I called twice for more information on a deal/phone and lady put me on hold and never came back. I decided to go with a different carrier. Stay away from this branch, they are incompetent people who have no idea on how to serve a customer.
