Reliable repairs and quick service. The new owner takes the time to explain what repairs were made and why and he never overcharges or does anything that isn't necessary or requested. Very reasonable rates too. Wouldn't trust any other shop

He is very knowledgeable and friendly. I will gladly use them for all my string needs and possibly buy an instrument from him if I need one. He fixed my Ukulele and restrung my classic guitar strings.
