19 Months ago my fiancé and I set up a plan thinking we were taken care of. Just 2 days ago my automatic payment didn’t go through again so I called customer and got it fixed. I then found out we were being charged for separate Magenta Max plans but under the same name. Clearly the manager who set us up really messed up and after talking to 2 different representatives, they told me they would give me only $90 of the $570 they were basically stealing from us (3months vs 19months). Like I told them on the phone, I cannot continue paying modern day scammers. Completely mind blowing. Terrible people to work for and give service to. DOUBLE CHECK YOUR PLANS PEOPLE AND DONT TRUST THEM AT ALL or you may end up $570 in the hole. Good luck

Rude as hell. You need to acknowledge your customers as the enter the store. We don't even know what is happening. I had to wait an hour just for a staff to address to me that they are short staff!!! Very poor customer service. I've been with T-Mobile for long time but the amount of disrespect from these staff members at this location is horrendous. T-Mobile you need to do better. You just lost yourself a customer.

Was looking for 2 Samsung A32 phones. The manager Alex drove to another location to pick one up for me. Adam set up my service and he was VERY knowledgeable! I was leery about going to this location because of the poor reviews, but I am so Glad we did! Still having service issues where we live even with the 5G phones but hopefully that will improve with time.

Whoever the employee is with burrnet red hair is always so loud, swearing when customers are around and going off on about people and stuff in her personal life. Not a very good look or professional.

I don't usually post negative reviews, I go directly to the merchant, which I did, to no avail. So, here it is… this store and its customer service is HORRIBLE! We switched from US Cellular in November 2019. Slow and poor customer service since the first experience setting up our account. Nothing but problems since with unresolved issues. The team at this store isn’t interested in solving problems, but gives excuses with no help or follow-up. T-Mobile cell service has been reliable, but we will never go back to this store.

Like anything else, was good in the beginning. Then, bam! Phone only works in wifi. 3rd time since I've had this phone with them. Soon as I have enough to transfer to another carrier, I'm doing it! Disappointing.
