Stopped by reluctantly with an Apple Watch that had a poor battery and it would die mid day or during a long bike ride. Brady was so helpful and insightful and assisted me in a way that exceeded my expectations! He found a solution to my problem, helped me avoid a “not so good decision” I was about to make with the watch, worked with my budget and I walked out with a new, affordable Apple Watch! Working in the service industry for over 35 years, I certainly value excellent service Brady, thank you! You are wonderful at your job, you truly listen to people and are relatable. Had been going to the mall and after multiple trips with absolutely no help we decided to try the store across the street. Holy F was that the best decision we've ever made. Stephan C was fantastic, took the time to break down my bill, find errors made by the mall that have been ongoing for a year and get them corrected. I was ready to drop t-mobile and switch to anyone but he actually took the time looked through my plan with a fine tooth comb and actually fixed it. I'm so much happier after this visit and will go nowhere else.

I had problems with my TMobile bill after changing from auto credit deduct to auto debit deduct. Guadalupe Sanchez solved this problem swiftly and accurately. In addition, I needed assistance in moving from Spectrum WiFi to T Mobile WiFi. Guadalupe was patient and thorough in explaining exactly what I needed to do. I went in today and worked with an employee by the name of Brad. He was super professional and answered all of my questions, some of which were likely a little ridiculous in some people's opinion as I am not very tech savvy at all. He thoroughly explained to me how to use a Google watch, answered all the questions I asked about my Tmobile bill and potential phone upgrades, did all the math for me and helped me figure everything out that I needed to in a timely manner. I walked in and did not need to wait for service and was immediately greeted with a smiling face. Very pleased with the results of my visit today.

Stopped in about 45 minutes ago to inquire about switching from Verizon to T-Mobile. The guy working said " oh, I think we do $200 in credit". I said "I still owe on my Verizon phone, and I saw a couple months ago you guys did $850 deal to help with new transfers." He responded "oh yeah, I'm not sure." Me and my wife looked at each other, as it seemed he had nothing else to say. After a second or 2, we walked out and he said nothing else. Check your camera footage for around 7-715 this evening. I walked in with my wife and was wearing a black t shirt. I'm a manager in the retail service industry, and if an employee of mine acted like this, I would want to know. Hopefully he can learn. We will be checking elsewhere for service.

Worst customer services ever!! From aT-Mobile store. Brady is so rude with the customers. No professional phone skills. If you want things done properly, DO NOT use this store.

I was there on June 9th and had Brad the manager helping myself and daughter. He was extremely pushy on the products. He messed up my bill and I was told it would go up $32 and the bill came it was about $150. I had called and spoke to Stephen and he was very nice and helped figure out what Brad did wrong and fixed it. I had told him also I didn’t like the otter box case they had because the lines in it and he talked me into a clear Megsafe case that was find but I said it was very slippery and dropped the phone after picking it up. I have 3 young grandchildren that are 3 and under that use my phone at times. I would let them because I am scared they will drop it. I was in there today and had Brady help us and with my boyfriend moving to a plan there. He was showing my boyfriend a silicone Apple case with the megsafe also. The would have been a million times better for me and of course I was 2 days to late to return my slippery one and will have to buy a new case. Brad was very pushy on the accessories that I got. I was going to look around at other places for a case and told me not to because of the glass on the back. I would of got a case I liked and not to have to spend more for another case. He was rude also by trying to rush us then helped other people and took a long time to finish my phone which made us sit there for about 30 longer while it was updating and I didn’t know what to do when it needed the the thing and had to wait for him. He is horrible at his job and he is too pushy and a very nice person to deal with. The other 2 I dealt with were very nice and answered questions. They would make better managers!!!!

Wouldn't help me transfer phone number. Made us call help line and sat in store for 30 minutes on hold. Employee left to help someone else more important than me apparently.

I have never had anything but good experiences at this store. The wait can be a little long, but it's worth it with the attention to detail and care that goes into making sure everything is right.

A brief hold is not 30 minutes. Service at this location is horrible, everytime I interact with this store Its a minimum of 45 minutes to get help with anything.

Worse customer service experience at a T-Mobile store with one of the “know it all” rep. I should’ve left & not continue with the transaction as I felt insulted the whole time while upgrading our phones. I’m not sure what’s important, providing good customer service or bragging about how many gadgets you own & talking down to your customers?! What a great way to welcome your customers to T-Mobile.

Service was atrocious. I went in to make a 2 minute return and stood at the door for a minimum of 15 minutes before anyone noticed me and then when I did get help the employee kept leaving to help others.

Sales person sold me equipment for a brand new car saying it would only make my phone bill cheaper (huge lie) even thought i had no use for it with the car i drive being from 1985 i told him this. Few months go by looking at the bill i notice an extra $75 dollars a month because of it. I return my phone and everything with the equipment still brand new in box and they still are trying to charge me thousands for it. There customer service throughout the entire ordeal was absolutely garbage. This started back when they were just sprint and apparently t-mobile has decided to follow in there footsteps

Disappointed by the Assistant at Tmobile on Oneida St., I went multiple times. I notice the workers help as many customers as possible; what does the assistant do? He stays on his phone and walks around the store, welcoming customers. On three different occasions, I watched people leaving because of the wait. It wasn't enjoyable to see the assistant not attempt to help out or take the time & attempt to help customers. PROPS to workers who were helping out. It wasn't enjoyable to see who was “in charge,” ignoring the situation.
