Horrible service!! Was looking for a tax service that did “estate” taxes. They do so I drop taxes off in march. Didn’t hear anything from them so stopped in 2 weeks before tax deadline. Told me it hasn’t been assigned to anyone yet but they will call me 2 days before the 16th of April, I stop in again. Explained that we are waiting for taxes so we can settle our moms estate. Again told me not to worry they would file an extension if need be. Now it’s May! Got a voice message middle of May saying mom’s taxes were assigned to her but she can’t get to them until later in the month! I stopped down there and told them I want all paperwork back. No apology or anything. Never had such bad service. Took to another tax agency, within a day they were already on it. I wouldn’t recommend this agency to anyone! And believe me, I’m telling everyone about my experience!

Eric Jensen at TMS manages every accounting, bookkeeping (QuickBooks), payroll, quarterly tax, and tax prep need my insurance agency has and I couldn't be happier about it.
