“If you stopped using the Main Street Unhaul and Storage Facility atAny point in the last few years... I'm here to tell you ITS SAFE TO GO HOME NOW! New management and a new energy has done wonders. Chelsey has done a complete 180 with this location. And Sara and Chelsey together are a U-Haul customers dream team duo! I rent from U-Haul about 8 times a year for projects and I ran into multiple issues with previous managment that was time consuming to say the least. This is my second time working with these two and I honestly could not be happier. They WILL RAPIDLY SOLVE YOUR ISSUES, without blaming you for them or using a condensending tone with you.Cheers to U-Haul for massively leveling up your Main St location! Thank you! “A most wonderful experience this morning with U-Haul Green Bay and Jarod Cole the local General Manager. Had an appointment to pick up a 6'x12' trailer at 7:30 a.m.. Got there at 7:25, warm welcome from Jarod, quick paperwork and within minutes he had hooked up the trailer to my car and I was on my way by 7:45. WOW!!! But wait it gets better. I needed to return the trailer about an hour later as the furniture delivery I was waiting for was canceled due to winter storms. Got another warm welcome back from Jarod, I explained the situation and he quickly offered to cancel my reservation and refund my payment and then quickly unhooked the trailer from my car. Lee than 10 minutes. WHAT OUTSTANDING SERVICE! When I told Jarod how appreciative I was he said look my name is on the door and I take care of my customers. What a great attitude. Thanks Jarod!!”
