“I have been a customer of Storage Hub since 12-15-2015. It was an excellent experience. I have downsized some possessions and no longer need the extra space so I am vacating. The property was always clean, well illuminated, security cameras on property, rent payment drop box on premises, plowed in the winter and Curtis was always available via telephone if I had any questions. Renting a space from Storage Hub would be strongly advised in my opinion.”

“Great customer service. Was there Friday-Sunday many times with different issues and questions. Andrew was there solo every time running the place and dealing with the lines. Could not of asked for a better expirence, will come back for any reason I can think of!
I am editing this review after coming back for another rental a few weeks later. The store manager lynsey, like all employees there, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to get what I needed done. Would leave another 5 star review if possible”

“I have rented storage units twice from Big Blue Storage. Both times my experience was excellent. The storage facilities are unbelievably well maintained for both outdoor and indoor climate controlled. I have visited and rented from other storage facilities in the Green Bay area, and those facilities are dismal by comparison. One reason BBS is so great has to do with the manager, Toni. She is so awesome that it gives me peace knowing she is managing the facility where my personal belongings are stored. Anytime I call, if she is not on location, she promptly gets back to me. And, she is just a pleasant person to talk with, and who doesn't like that. Wonderful place to store items, and I will choose no other if I need storage service in the future. I highly recommend them for your storage needs.”

He checked with my previous landlord for 5 days until they were able to get it picked up and he communicated with me the entire time. Thank you Ben for helping me during a stressful time.”
“Over all i am very happy with the unit. At first i didn’t have a key to lock my unit. But the team as quick at making sure I had the key right away so that I could secure my items. There was some food And mouse feces, but understandable since is an outside unit and is cold outside.”
