“I have rented storage units twice from Big Blue Storage. Both times my experience was excellent. The storage facilities are unbelievably well maintained for both outdoor and indoor climate controlled. I have visited and rented from other storage facilities in the Green Bay area, and those facilities are dismal by comparison. One reason BBS is so great has to do with the manager, Toni. She is so awesome that it gives me peace knowing she is managing the facility where my personal belongings are stored. Anytime I call, if she is not on location, she promptly gets back to me. And, she is just a pleasant person to talk with, and who doesn't like that. Wonderful place to store items, and I will choose no other if I need storage service in the future. I highly recommend them for your storage needs.”

“My family and I had to move 2 homes at one time so having everything set up and moving smoothly was so important. We were able to set up a Uhaul truck at the DePere location. We had the completed contract # bc I pd for everything before we went there. When we arrived we were told by a young man with a dismissive adittute he couldn't find our information. While he listened to music in one ear he called someone who found our information right away. He told us our truck was still out for at least 1.5 hours. I had to be somewhere before then. The truck was a block from our house I asked to have it dropped off there, they declined. I got heated With his dismissive adittute and then him not caring about us being stranded at his location with somewhere to be. The guys manager defends his awful customer service. Then the customer who was picking up the same size truck that waiting outside arrived they upgraded him to his surprise and gave us the truck they were holdng for him as the other truck drove in. Really. Then when we were putting our things in storage I wanted them in GB. I was referred to ClearHome storage and Uhaul. What a difference. Amanda and Tom were so much nicer. So calm and easy to talk to. When we needed the truck a second time for the second house and a second unit they work with us so smoothly. Their time and attention to details made so much difference. Beside the fact that they know when your moving it can be tough and you need something to be smooth they offer that. And it wasn't just me. As I wait in line I watched them treat everyone with kindness and help with the details. They worked together to help the line move swiftly. They're the type of team all Uhauls need.”
