UPDATE: They continue to charge us even though our camper is no longer parked there. What a greedy company. RUN!
I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because they did move our things. We hired Scott and his crew to move us from our apartment into our new build. They told my husband they would have 3 movers at $75/hr. When they showed up, there were 5 of them. They arrived at approximately 8:20am and were on our ring cameras at 12:26pm leaving our home and completed. Everything was dropped either in the living area or garage other than some furniture they placed in the rooms. They broke a cheap mirror which wasn’t a problem. However, they left it behind in our garage for us to deal with, in pieces. They also wrecked our trim in the hallway between the kids rooms and Scott watched it happen and said nothing. Not “we can take care of that”. Nothing. Our house is brand new. This needs to be sanded down, primed and repainted at our expense and time. My son’s dresser was scratched and chipped by the trim-causing the trim damage. Carla from U&I sent us the moving bill. They charged us for 5 hours instead of 4, and stated they should have charged us a fuel surcharge as well and didn’t. They also said we pay for the time the movers get the truck and drive to our location. They also said it was hot out. We had a 2 day window during a heat wave to get out of our leased apartment and into our home. If they cannot move people in the heat, they should not move people in the summer. Really unfortunate actually. We have stored our camper there for the last year plus as well and no longer will do so. I would call around for people who don't blame you for the weather and cause damage without offering to fix it. Lots of moving companies out there—we are sorry we used them.

The owner Scott and the U & I crew did a great job helping us move from Green Bay to Racine recently. They were very personable, took their time to be careful and really gave us confidence in the whole moving process. Great job!

Dear Scott, Karla, Alexis and the entire Moving Team -
It has been about 4 weeks and we are finally getting settled. The house went up for sale on the 11th and we received two offers on the 12th. I was shocked, I really did not think it would go that fast.
Mom has settled into her new apartment and really likes it. Joe and I will officially move to Door County on the 24th and I will commute as needed.
I can't thank each of you enough for your kindness and patience. There was no way we could have done all this without your assistance. The special care you all demonstrated with our belongings and to each of us was greatly appreciated. Especially after such a long walk back and forth.

These guys had use moved within 4.5 hours.Load / unloading. They ask you where everything go's,ect...VERY REASONABLE PRICE .POLITE, VERY FRIENDLY. A MUST HAVE MOVER.

I used U and I Movers Express for a relatively short-distance move. They were very cooperative and flexible which is what I needed. They also offer storage at a reasonable rate. I had one piece of chip-board furniture break which given how furniture is made these days, could be expected. I did not get reimbursed for it, which I thought I could not fully expect. Overall, I was very pleased with the move!

I used to work here.Scott cares about his moves and customers.He does the best he can to accommodate people in an ever changing environment. Not everyone can be pleased or is as ready as they say they will be, but he did his best to adapt either way.
