Dropped off 3 pieces of Spectrum equipment to be returned on 8-13-25 . Must have gotten there at a good time because the wait time was minimal. They got the job done but the workers were very unfriendly. Just going through the motions. Still was better than going to the Spectrum store. Will use a different UPS store next time.

They do a good job. But I would suggest having an express line for people that only need to scan, get receipt, and go. It would make the line way smaller and faster for most people.

No notary services available without an appointment, despite saying on the phone you can walk in and receive services without an appointment.

Cool store and prompt service, it would help when there are long lines. It would help if they had a self scan and drop system there. That way those who have their stuff labeled and ready don't have to wait so long .

called to see if i could get a cardboard design done male on the phone said he would talk to designer and call me back i told him i had a specific date. never called back and when i called the lady said they don’t do that but when i told her i spoke to someone and that he said he would call me back all she said was i would have to wait for him to call me back still never got a call back and the time i needed it has came and gone. if you didn’t do it to begin with then i should’ve been told so from the jump.

I've always had a very positive experience at this UPS Store. Staff is always busy & efficient taking care of the customers or readying the packages for shipment. In the couple of years I've used their service I've never seen any of the staff sitting down--always busy doing something. No matter who waited on me, that staff person was polite, professional and courteous. Their store hours & location make is very convenient for me to access too!

I had a great experience today at this UPS store where a man (I didn’t catch his name but quite possibly could have been the owner?) helped me make several color prints using my own paper and cardstock for a fair price. He was both patient with me and knowledgeable with the processes and even though they were insanely busy, this man spent over a half hour making sure I got exactly what I needed and that I was happy and satisfied before charging me for my copies - and again gave me a fair price on them since I did make several prints.
I recommend this using this location for your printing or copy needs- and even though it was insanely busy, there were 5-6 workers there so the lines even though constantly getting more people in, it moved rather quickly since there was adequate staff to make it run smoothly. Great job!!
