Tried to stop in on a monday at 6:30 to make some quick purchases ( nothing requiring activation), irrelevant. The door said they were open til 7:00 on Mondays. Finding it non-beneficial as a small business to not follow your hours I called and left a message letting them know that their posted hours were wrong. Today Meghan or Melissa or some ‘M’ name called and told me they were closed Sundays and Mondays. And that they updated the hours last month. I said “on the door u did? cuz I was there yesterday.” She lied to me and said yes thats what the door says. So I am calling you to report a lie, which only benefits you because my time is that invaluable. She says “Anyways, how can I help you?” Umm….liars can’t be helpful. Back to Juanita on Oneida I go. Smh

I went into the store with the full intention of upgrading my service. I had found the phone I wanted online and the promo. When I was approached by a sales girl, I told her exactly what I wanted and the promo. I was informed the promo ended yesterday, even though I was able to pull it up online showing the promo. She said she could not do anything and told me to go home and order it online if I wanted the promo. A lot of good it does to have a store with zero customer service!

They don’t post all bad reviews so this might not even show up like the one my assistant wrote yesterday. Just awful. Moving business account because of this store being unknowledgeable about their coverage and wasting 6 hours of my assistants time. My monthly bill is between $1500 and $2200/ month quite the fluctuation. Seriously. Do better!

I'm glad they are opening more stores. It's vary convenient instead of going across town. They always help my fix my phone ? no matter what. Sometimes I really care what the management say out loud. They must think people can buy phone's every year. So they don't get old. They should buy us one then. If they are afraid of touching it.

I went to the Oneida st. store with an issue on my 2 week old iPhone. The sales guy said that they weren’t a tech but messed my phone up so much that I had to go to a different store to have everything reset from what he did to it. It would be nice to have someone at the store with more knowledge than the salesperson.

I've had to deal with there customer service 3 times in one week, they suck I hate this company and I can't wait to switch to Verizon again.
