Terrible customer service, Kelsey said at least 10 times how she hasn't "done this" in all her time working there. She would rather be in training then trying to help us port a pay as you go phone over to Verizon service. She rolled her eyes, didn't use any manners and basically made us to feel as though she hates her job. (We were the only customers in the store, I realize she didn't get a commission, but that shouldn't be an excuse for her behavior.) Never had customer service like this at the store in Ashwaubenon.

Kelsey deserves the world. So helpful, patience and understanding. Had an iphone not even Steve Jobs could ressurect, but was helpful every step of the way. Definitely deserves 6 figures a year; maybe even more. I know her back hurts from carrying the weight of the team. Literally goes above and beyond

Was in the store three times. The first two times I was lied to about promotions. The third time I was treated awful when I addressed the lies.

Absolutely abysmal. For the love of all things holy, do not under any circumstances step foot into this store. I went in for a simple upgrade on two Apple Watches and no finally two months later, have just finally straightened out all the mistakes and overcharges they made to my account. For two months we had been overcharged a significant amount for several changes they made to our account that had nothing to do with the upgrade. I on three separate occasions was turned away when I tried to turn in my wife's old Apple Watch each time for a different weird reason. Once, I was told the watch needed to be charged so they could check that it was properly cleared of data for me to turn it in and they had no chargers in the store. I found that hard to believe and later discovered to be false but i brought it home and charged it to bring it in a later date. Another time, a an employee told me that they could not accept it unless they were able to see a serial number associated with the watch that could be only found on my wife's phone. I asked how that could be possible if we were able to wipe the data from the watch which in-turn unpairs the watch completely from the phone. I got no answer and the employee became very argumentative. After I had finally managed to return the watch at an even later date and three attempts, our next bill was significantly higher because all trade-in credits we had been receiving for every device on our account was missing. Finally got that fixed. Now, i just found out we had paying a data plan for a third Apple Watch that we had turned in months ago. To call these people incompetent is an insult to incompetent people.

My daughter and I went in to switch carriers and get 15pro’s. Greatest mobile store experience I’ve ever had, Kelsey was on point and knowledgeable. She’s my go to for life!

Came here about 7 months ago. Was lied to multiply times. I was told we would be giving credit on our 3 phones around $2400. I put in another $200 for the upgrade for my phone. Months later nothing and bill went up. The guy at the store said the credit would be applied in a few months. Months later I call the 800 Verizon and was told it would be another month. Call back and now they say we ARE NOT giving us any credit for our phones, which they already took and there is nothing they could do. I would never recommend this location. So they stole the phones and won't give credit or give them back.

I had to get a new phone yesterday and the customer service reps, Tony and Kelsey were absolutely the best customer reps I have ever encountered. Tony mostly helped me, and Kelsey gave her advice when she had it. If I could rate them with 10 stars I would, thank you so much for all of your help, keep doing what you are doing!

After being a loyal customer for 7 years and only ever visiting this store, I can confidently say I will never go back. Every time I upgrade my phone, I am back in the store multiple times to get errors corrected. This time I have been waiting almost 6 months to be refunded several hundred dollars for the free phone I was charged for. I have been to the store no less than 7 times and made multiple phone calls. A few excuses I've heard was paternity leave, there was no such promotion at that time, PTO, I never turned in my old phone, the manager is too busy with other things to talk to you and too many times to count... "I will call you back" (which has never happened to date). This is a Victra store, so there is not much Verizon can do. However, they did recommend I file a complaint and never use them again.

Very pleasant visit. Every question I had was answered and options were given. Everything I needed and wanted was done in a decent amount of time and with very good service.

My wife got a new phone and tablet from here. She had problems with her phone and tablet both. The manager was very good and informative. Great place!

I was told that I qualified for a loyalty member discount, only to find that my bill is still $250 above what I was expected to pay. They keep on telling me that they'll call me back, only to never hear from them again. I feel like I've just been scammed.

Do not use this vendor ever. They lied, they did not disclose charges, they over charged, they set up our phones incorrectly and refused to fix them. It took over a week to get things right but only after working with a REAL Verizon dealer. STAY AWAY!!
