I went with my husband today, the staff Alina is on duty and she was very rude to me because I asked to exchange some roses that my husband gave me, I wanted them for protein instead. I told her wait, he'll bring my protein and she continued and her face was angry and she acted with hate and racism. I told her I'm sorry and thank you and right there she said give me your ID. I gave it to her because I'm legal but she asked me why she couldn't get it before and for a protein do I need an ID? Today 6/22/25

Terrible pharmacy!!! Don't matter how long you've been waiting in line they go to the car next to it and just ignore you. DESPITE you being longer than them ,please save your time and money and go somewhere else.

For some reason they told me wife she didn't have insurance when she went to pick up, then i called and lo and behold she did and they don't know why they told her that. Most recently they had two days to fill my script and still hadn't when i went in. It takes two days to put thirty pills in with the amount of people i can clearly see? Maybe they need to be trained in counting

Walgreens offers photo deals quite frequently and I am very pleased with results. So thankful the pharmacy offers the lowest price possible on medications, My Hero!!

So this particular place is not really interested in helping you .i was in need for medication and the pharmacist told me that they only do staff for people in need . So she decided that I am not in need ?! How did she knows that ?! No idea . It must be a rating scale that they make this decision based of . Because I have no idea how they know who is in need more than others . But they told me that I shouldn’t get sick on Sunday . Only Monday to Saturday. Sunday they are busy and can’t help you. Only if you are special and then they might . But still make sure you don’t need Walgreens on Sunday in Green Bay Appleton area. They don’t help people in this days . So after all that I found out that meds not cover by insurance. So I will not pay 100 dollars for something that I can’t even get it when you need it . ! Are you kidding me . So next time you visit doctors office or emergency room ask when and who can make your medication. How muck it is ext. In other words we are in a rough spot with Walgreens pharmacy! Be careful which day you are in need for something !

My last few visits at this Walgreens have been nothing but an absolute pleasure. Usually this pharmacy tends to be “hard to work with” (that’s how I’ll put it lol). However, the last few times I visited this pharmacy I had a pharmacy technician named Zach and he is absolutely wonderful! He made sure any prescriptions that weren’t filled already got filled asap, and most importantly he was so polite and helpful. This is a busy pharmacy so most of the pharmacy techs can be rude and impolite, which honestly, regardless of how busy the pharmacy is, it’s just not how to act in a professional setting being a pharmacy tech, at least not in my opinion. However, Zach was the complete opposite, he made my visits to the pharmacy actually enjoyable versus a complete nightmare. So professional and kind, thank you Zach— you are appreciated!

I have nothing but the utmost respect for the pharmacy staff. I am currently very I'll and will be I'll until I get a surgery. My insurance was giving me problems today and the entire staff worked their magic to help me get a partial refill so that I will not be uncontrolable vomiting until the morning when insurance says I can get a refill. I am grateful for every one who helped not only solve the issue but took the time to comfort me in my rough time. Thank you thank you so much!

My girlfriend and I have had numerous issues with this Walgreens and other Walgreens in the last year. I will stick to this Walgreens specifically though. There have been numerous times where we have both received messages that multiple scripts are ready for pick up and when we arrive they are NOT ready. We literally have driven there several times for absolutely no reason because we were told our meds were ready and waiting. It is quite frustrating. Now we call first just to make sure. My girlfriend had a run around on the phone for three hours (because of disconnections or hang ups) trying to figure out where her medication was. She NEEDED this medication and HAD to get it. They kept trying to find it and they transferred her to various departments to find the medication and to have it delivered. They said they didn't have a notification from the doctor for the script. Then in another phone call they did. FINALLY she got ahold of someone and that knew what was going on. They had canceled the order for some reason and she had to have her doctor send the script order again. It was a very frustrating experience and it upset me to see her go through this. There have been many issues for both of us there for awhile. I don't know if it is a lack of staff or the hiring of incompetent people or not training people properly. While I can understand these issues happening I still don't want to deal with this as a customer. We are slowly getting meds from other pharmacies and will leave Walgreens all together eventually. Hopefully they will "get it together" soon but we are not waiting. Medication is too important to have to struggle with.

Location was supposed to fill a liquid prescription for an infection (2 bottles of 100ml each). When we received the two bottles, one had less than the other (just assumed we still received the full 200ml) We were very careful to give the exact dosage and ended up being 30ml or 3 doses short. Pharmacist didn’t care and said to call ER to get more and also said she isn’t sure how that is possible because the bottles come with the correct dosing of powder and all they do is add water to make it 100ml per bottle. Based on this statement it is obvious one of the bottles was under filled and the concentration likely off because one of the bottles came with noticeably less liquid than the other. What a joke

The clerk that helped us was very rude. She had an attitude when my kid and I walked to the counter. Said hello and let her be. She slammed her hand in my bag with the receipt and then shoved it at me.

THEY closed a prescription that had been sent over 4 days earlier. No reason, just closed it. Never told me. Bunch of 5 year olds working there. Spent three hours on the phone with at least 6 people, kept getting transferred, had to start the entire story over, got transferred again, and again... and again... NOONE KNOWS WHAT IS GOING ON THERE. They finally said the doctor would have to send in a new prescription. WHY WOULD THEY CLOSE A PRESCRIPTION?? And then waste my time? CANNOT WAIT TO GET OUT OF WALGREENS!!!!!!!! RUDE people, EVERYONE gives you a different story... NO COMMUNICATION....

I just had the most rude interaction I've had in a very long time at this location I came in for a pack of cigarettes. And I get digital receipts with my rewards and I didn't even get a chance to put my phone number in to acknowledge my visit I'm not even trying to get rewards just trying to acknowledge my visit. And the lady snapped at me after I tried to put my phone number in and gave me the total. And she told me that I don't get rewards with cigarettes. I understand that I was trying to acknowledge that I had a visit today. So once again I will not be coming to this location for a while due to this rude interaction.
