I had a great experience picking up my prescription. I’m unfortunately without insurance right now and often struggle to afford my medication. The worker that helped me was able to give me a store provided discount for my type of situation which helped me tremendously I believe her name was Ember I’m not completely sure

These peeps are awesome, anyone giving them a one star have never worked retail, they are having issues keeping employees. And the peeps that complain about the drive up window, going around!! It might take a bit for your script, but the person behind you might be ready now. Common sense. Please!!

The pharmacist and pharmacy tech I worked with were exceptional. The pharmacist was Natalia (?) (had lighter hair and was pharmacist) and tech had brown hair and glasses . They are the first people that actually figured out the root of the logistical issue with a prescription refill I kept having every time I refilled for 3+ years. The pharmacist was so patient and took the time to go above and beyond to fix the issue and the tech was also amazing! I wish I caught their names but I hope their supervisor sees this and rewards them! They were working at the Military location on Sunday of Memorial Day weekend! Amazing customer service- I’ve never had anyone actually take time to resolve such an annoying issue I kept having with refills.

Waited almost two weeks still couldn't fill a prescription.... Pharmacist John smuggly smiled and said what do you want me to do about it...the prescription was to manage my diabetes ... So yet another week without medicine my body needs!.. poor service at best.. punks running the counter like it's McDonald's .. better go home and count my pills and make sure they actually put the right stuff in the other orders I got... Who knows maybe they put the wrong stuff in them..... incompetent employees at best .. then I get an update they canceled my order for this prescription...great service!!!

What's the point of having posted your open 24 hours when you are NEVER open in the mornings. Absolutely useless stores.
Place is utter garbage. Stop in there and I have my work clothes on. I'm sorry I work outside. The thing at the front treated me like I was some bum. My card wasn't working and she's like well you have another way to pay cause you don't have money on this card. Which I do. Looked at my bank account right there. She can't take no for an answer on the stupid credit card. Just avoid this place at all costs. Everything there has gone to crap

This place used to be great, and I have been a customer since this store was built. But it has gone down hill lately very badly. I will be going elsewhere and I advise anyone else to do similarly. Terrible service and they simply don't care.

I cannot stand y'all, y'all told me my son's medication would be ready Wednesday and turns out they are going to be closed for the rest of the week. And I have just had too many problems with them and I just don't care anymore. I'm never coming back again y'all suck.

Says store is open 24hrs. This is the 2nd time I've tried(5:30 am). NOPE. Sign on door says store opens at 6:30am. VERY FRUSTRATING. Change your 24hr advertising!!!!

One of the few 24 hours pharmacies around. There is another closer to me but the lines here ( if any) are MUCH shorter.
TIPS: the automated system is a very good. But before you call, you should grab any prescription bottle that you have from this pharmacy. The prescription number of the one that you want to refill or check status of IS your key to fast service.
If you have a new prescription, however, and you ask to talk to the pharmacist, you will be relayed to a customer service person that is not connected to the pharmacy where your prescription has been referred .
The last two times that I talked to one of these representatives they were not very fast. You have to keep focused on what you want to know.
That is in contrast to the actual in the pharmacy staff who are friendly, helpful and attentive to your needs and issues.
They might be a little more expensive than Walmart , but the Walmart reps are a little bit more curt than at any Walgreens I have ever been to.
If you are expected to pay anything for your prescription, I have also found that just mentioning GoodRx might give you a lower cost, even if you have insurance. If you are shopping around for the best place to get your prescriptions with GoodRx, just go to the website, I’d am not affiliated with them at all, but I have found them and the have saved me $20-$30 on single prescriptions.( goodRx is free, so there is no harm in asking.)

Walgreens should not sell drugs. They can’t handle the business at all same old stories. Your drugs be up in 20 minutes. Then you back in back in to pick it up. Then they tell it will be 45 minutes.

It’s a messy store with spotty inventory. Good luck trying to get your prescription refilled! Customer service is terrible - especially in the pharmacy.
