I’ve had some ongoing issues with Walgreens specifically the 1995 main st and 1401 E Mason locations in Green Bay. A while ago the main st location restricted their hours so they are no longer open on weekends. I refilled 2 of my prescriptions yesterday but got a text from the main st Walgreens this morning saying they are now temporarily closed. I called to have my prescriptions transferred to the E Mason location and they did fill one but the other they told me was not able to be filled or even ordered/called in, not just to their location but to any surrounding location including the Walgreens in Appleton and told me to try CVS or Walmart pharmacy instead. My psychiatrist’s nurse called me later this morning and I explained the situation to her. Got a call back from the nurse who told me that once she had contacted the E Mason Walgreens, it was now all of a sudden available and able to be called in and will be here Monday. Glad I’m getting my medication but very disappointed in the misinformation and the fact that I was told one thing but when a psychiatrist’s office called, they were all of a sudden able to fix the issue.

Clerk at pharmacy was kind smiled. courteous & suggested
they could fill Prescription at that location. We went 2 the wrong 1. filled quickly about 10 minutes.. quiet when I was there.

Just moved here 2 days ago. I never had a problem printing at any other location but an associate said they don’t print 8.5x11 paper. 🤷♂️

I just moved to Green Bay after living in another community for over 30 years. I'm very impressed with my Walgreen's near my new home....I made a new friend who helped me pay for my first purchase. I look forward to seeing her again. I have nothing negative to say about Walgreen's. Thank you.

Went in there twice and the old guy who runs the register is very rude. Twice now he's treated me like a criminal vagrant or something. Not very welcoming at all.

Great staff & pharmacist. Everyone is kind & attentive. My prescriptions are always finished when promised.

Never know when the pharmacy is going to be open. Closed Saturday and Sunday. Closed for lunched. Closed ramdomnly for no pharmacist. Highly recommend Walgreens Pharmacy if you want to drive into town 4 different days at 4 different times and have no one working and no way to get your prescriptions.

My usual pharmacy was closed and Walgreens was the closet, now I remember why I don't go here. First, it's dirty, I fell like the floors haven't been cleaned in years, the shelves are dusty and there are a lot of expired items. Second, who works here? There are several check outs but no one at them, the only place that seems to be staffed is the pharmacy drive through so if you're lucky someone will show up and check you out after waiting for about 15 minutes. Last, the layout of the store makes no sense and it's difficult to find what you need and there is definitely no one around to help you.

Be careful of sending needed prescriptions to this location, drove down and they are closed? Short staffed? Anyway needed emergency prescription now in pain waiting to see if prevea can send it somewhere else hopefully....

Walgreens pharmacy has been so disappointing lately. I recommend going just about anywhere else if you want actual convenience.
